Casperls7 (vincent),4 weeks and still no hood i send him the money of a ss hood in november 16 and he still dont send the hood or tracking number ,also he does not answer the phone and dont respond pm s
first told me he had no box to send it ,later that he just took it off the car and in the post of the sale he said that it had on box ready to be sent WTF?
vincent i want my money or my hood!!!!!!

Paypal might help you with the dispute, they have changed their policy a couple times to offer a better service. I once disputed a payment I sent and I got it back after the other guy didn't replied back.
PayPal is like a bank, if they send you your money back if he doesn't have enough funds on his account it will get a negative balance which he should pay or it can eventually ruin his credit, get collector calls and finally... well you know.
Now here is what this Vicente guy did... he told Diego to send him the money, but he gave him somebody else's paypal account... who seems to be a guy who was selling a set of wheels and Vicente wanted to buy.
My advice is to contact the guy you sent the money trough paypal and tell him not to send the wheels to Vicente because you're disputing the payment, and it will give him a negative balance if he withdraws that money from pay pal.

No estás viendo que tiene 0 de trader rating, se suscribió en marzo de este año, tiene 3 posts y que al wey de arriba de ti no le había devuelto su lana, nomas falta que cuando le pagaste con paypal haya tenido 0 rating ahi tambien diego. Ojala recuperes tu dinero y para la proxima realiza tu compra con un poco mas de inteligencia, ya no te pongas de pechito para que te escameen. good luck

Yeah use law force with this guy vincent ,I am very sorry that you are also involved in the problem. We will take the necessary measures to fix this problem and make sure Vicent pays the consequences

Im in the same boat. Paypal has his address but they say you must be a cop to get it. I have reciepts, name and messages on here. Ive talked to him on the phone but his number no longer works.

Why didnt you mention this situation since the beginning?
Its not about blaming anyone, but if someone had said anything about this guy being a crook in time we wouldnt be in the same situation we are with this guy

its only been 3-1/2 weeks since i sent him money. I sent him a message and he just gave me some lame excuse so i thought he was just an ***, but now i know he's a damn p.o.s. too !!! And btw im tellin people now.
