transamman25.. watch out I agreed to buy a pair of trickflow heads from this guy for $1000, he asked me for a western union money order and i had a bran malfunction and got a post office money order instead and sent it out.( this was MY fault)
chris, told me that he will not accept this type of payment because of the phony p/o checks that have been discovered.
i looked into the issue and its old news. the fake money orders have been taken care of and you can now cash money orders on the spot at the post office. he told me he still wouldn't accept it. i questioned why, and then he didnt get back to me right away, i re sent him another pm along the lines of " i hope your not trying to scam me" and he told me i threatened him.
i had no intention of that whatsoever and i apologized for the misunderstanding. he told me im an ******* and he would be sending me my money order back.
a few days went by and i asked him if he sent me back my money. he said " no i already cashed it, ill have to send you out another one", right away this caught my attention because why would he cash it in the first place.
now this guys telling me we are "stuck" because he cant refund my money until someone else buys his heads. this is not my problem nor fault. i told him to send me my money back or i will be forced to involve authorities ( id rather not) he has not signed on since 12/23
has anyone dealt with or know this guy? im going to call him in the next day or two and unless i am sent my refund then i have no choice but to file a claim

Ok , so now ... What really happened
I have been scammed by fake money orders before , so when dude says "i didn't know the difference BS". Many of you wanted these heads and this kid gave me some sad story about how he Needs these heads and that he will send me part of the money and don't sell them to anyone else ...So i told about 8 different people they were already sold , 3 weeks later he finally gets the money in the mail in a different way than i asked and the kid starts threating me ... I had been really patient , trying to help this guy out- and he wants to threaten me ?I replied to his threating PM , to which he replied i dont want the heads send my money back! What a kick in the head to someonei was helping out! I had local people willing to come pick them up with cash in hand i turned away for this kid - (i was also shipping for free) Ok so i told the kid fine i dont want to sell the heads to you and i will just refund the money so i start re-offering to other people that i orginally had told them they were sold. Long story short all original buyers had already picked up heads from somewhere else. So i told the kid now we are both stuck until someone buys the heads , is it fair for me to have to sit on these heads until someone actually needs them now ? Anthony , i swear you are ****** ******* !

Ok i just assume not do business with ******* kids that live with mommy. I have been extremely nice to you telling others the heads are sold in which i still have yet to even recieve payment. And then the " i fucked up and confused Western Union with a Postal money order" and then expect me to respond to an PM admitting you saw my point . If the money order ever does get here i'll make sure to send it back.

it seems to me like your not answering back my messages?
im gonna give you the benefit of the doubt here but i took time out of my day to help you out and i HOPE you are not gonna attempt to pull a fast one on me.
i went to the post office, all you have to do there is bring the money order in, you walk out with cash. simple as that.
with that being said, i cant imagine why you wouldn't accept one as payment. i want to hear from you soon so i can verify we are on the same page here.

i did want the heads, i wanted them all along. HE told ME im not sending you the heads, im sending your money back and i have the pm's to prove it.
with this info, i went and bought another set of heads. he tried to spite me by not sending the heads out but now i dont need them anyway so it only bit him in the *** and hes now pissed because hes stuck with them. send back my money no questions asked. that was the last thing you left it at was your sending me the money order back now do it. i dont want your heads.

its actually sad that i copy/pasted the word for word pm's and rather then defend himself he says i edited it.. your really desperate huh? theres gotta be a way for mods to go onto peoples profiles and read messages..

Stop being a childish seller and refund him his money. Your heads will sell. I cant tell you how many buyers I have had back out on me, did I punish them? No I moved and with my business (which I own) and sold stuff to other people. Your stupidity has dirtied up your name pretty good.

as far as the situation.. im sure you will get your money, when he has it.. the heads will sell.. probably pretty quick.. its a good price, for good heads..

there's alot of peopple that will do just anything to keep there name clean. and keep doing the nasty s**t they know how to do real good.
I personally had 2 bad expirinces, a set of AFR's. Most of the pepple dought me till one of the mods found the seller as a bad trader when I released his name and address.
and that guy had very good feedback, so your damn right he was going to try and keep his name clean
