I'm sure yall are wondering why I'm in here...cause I never heard of him...LOL....well, I was contacted by a member that has posted in here prior to all of this. He wasn't 'all too' familiar with paypal and asked for some advice...........I suggested to stay the F away given what he told me. Things didn't add up.

Slimm - did you ever verify your email/banking information?....because IF you have, the ONLY WAY your account would be suspended or "put on hold" would be from paypal members filing complaints and investigations against you. I've been using paypal for 8 years.

Just stop the BS already. Send ******* money orders or wire transfers if you REALLY wanted to get this set straight and it truly was your 'friends' **** up. A straight up guy would do what it took to set things straight. It's obvious, you're questionable.

It sure is.

All,

If you're not directly involved, please stop posting in this thread.

Darrel (aka slimm4357),

Resolve this quickly. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread for your
replies along with other members posting when they get their money
back.

How's the weather in Markham? The internet is an amazing thing my friend.
So what is the deal with Hopkinsville, KY? Is that the fake location you use?

The irony is so thick you could cut it with a knife...

My apologies to you and other members if I over stepped my bounds. I was asked to look at this thread. When I saw what was in here I posted what I think was over looked and I added my 2 cents about being contacted because I didn't want anyone to think I was just coming in and bashing. I will stay out from now on since I had no financial involvement, nor actual transactions with teh member in Q.

As for you.....see what ls1passion posted.....I NEVER edited the quote. YOU need to re-read what you posted...in your post (second page, mid way down - I forget the actual post number), you stated that paypal said you can't do refunds....yet the very next statement is stated from paypal in YOUR copy and paste (BTW, I quoted, not copy and paste...seems how I've been working with PC's for over 15 yrs..I think I know what I'm doing) that you can INDEED do refunds.
I added the extra refund by wire transfer to show that you don't have to do refunds via paypal if you truly wanted all of this resolved.

I'll end this battle of intelligence as it's obvious you are unarmed.

OKay... Since I got an PM, I was almost about to post negitive feedback thread of my own.

On the 12th "Slimm" PM'ed me to my thread looking for a cam, saying he has a TR224 114LSA, Looks like the same one he sold to Chevyman with the truck.

Payment was sent on the 13th of December for $300 for the 224 cam and a stock camaro CD player for $300 shipped... which was a saturday and he said he would ship it next day...being a sunday. After I questioned that, I was told it would be dropped off at a FedEx/Kinkos, fair enough... Sunday comes, saying theyre closed til Monday... Cool. Monday comes... then they get ice... nothing for a week other then "I'm busy, wife in hospital get you tracking info later" After saying it was shipped FedEx.... I get some bogus USPS tracking # going to Kentucky.

I saved all the old PMs... almost a whole box full... Got this on this past Monday 12/29

the package got sent out to wrong person i been trying to refund file dispute and ill refund immediatley
Then this one on Tuesday 12/30

[i refunded the cash through paypal bro??????????

Hello Chris,
I really do not want to do this but we have a deal for the trade of my new laptop for a T56 trans. I have sent you the laptop, and I have been very patient! please send the trans out A.S.A.P! and send me the tracking number. I will apologize when I get the trans but at this point I am quite concerned and will have to look into what options I have at this point!!

Thank You,
Jack

Interesting how the account was closed just minutes after unit213 posted personal information about him. Looks like someone is going to have to get slapped with some felony internet fraud charges. Heres some info for you fellas. Its not specifically for parts and such but its some basic guide lines to start with. Ive delt with this crap befor. Its a horrible feeling to get taken advantage of. Here is a link to the info I used. Its helps.

Yeah Im banking on him being in KY. I looked up Markham and it brought up Ontario Canada and his car donest have a front plate so that rules that one out. Also he has no inspection sticker on his windshield and KY doesnt have inspections either.
