Thanks for the heads up! No business expected from me with these people for sure! You handled this very good indeed!

First: It was not a Yank and was proved by the company.
Second: You said that if the company confirmed this you could consider a refund, KNOWING it was two months later...now you come with this?? Nice way of doing business, bud...Agree with the negative feedback!

I already gave him positive feedback. I did that the day I received the stall.

I've asked the admin I PM'ed if it can be turned over. Waiting to hear back on that.

That proves (to me) that you had good intentions all this time...until you found out you were screwed. Good luck man!

Good day.
Dude are you stupid? It does not matter what you were told, the fact is it is NOT a yank converter. You listed and sold it as a yank converter, which is 100% false. How can you justify that it anyway? Now your trying to play it off as if you are concerned about what he has done with the converter when you know damn well it has been sitting in his garage. Unless you refund his money you are no better than all the other low rent trashy people who scam good hard working people out of their money. Man up and give him a refund, that is NOT a yank converter.

Funny this thread popped up... I picked up a hood from this guy(XplicitPerformance) about 5 months ago... He advertised it as a WS6 hood. He told me it came off of his brothers T/A. Me, never seeing one OFF the car, I bought it because it looked like a WS6 hood to me... Well come to find out it was an SLP HO hood... Not that it really mattered because I never used the hood and sold it for what i paid for it.
But he lied about what the hood was and where it came from, if it really did come off of his brothers T/A ANYONE one with ANY knowledge about these cars would know that is was NOT a WS6 hood... I thought about leaving him bad feedback for selling me something different than what was advertised. BUT, I left him positive feedback before i figured out what the hood really was...

If you had been able to reverse the feedback to negative, you may have stopped the op of this post from buying the converter from this POS. You should still look into flipping your feedback to negative. Might save somebody else the hassle of getting ripped by this broke loser.

lol.........XP is not a business, it's a website. hope everything works out for the OP. my personal opinion, it may or may not have been an honest mistake on the seller's part, but should be refunded regardless. just my .02

This explains A LOT! There's a "Beware of Darkdemon" thread here too. Darkdemon sold a bunch of parts on here. Took the money and ran off on his honeymoon to Florida. After about 30 darkdemon bashing posts, Xplicitperformance starts saying that he's buddies with Darkdemon and begins to defend him. He says that it was just a missunderstanding and that as soon as Darkdemon decides to come back from Florida, he'll start shipping out the parts.

Xplicitperformance, it's like I was telling you in the Darkdemon post...It doesn't surprise me that you're friends with him. You both are shady characters. You definitely belong together!

I agreed to pay for return shipping if the seller would refund me the $410. I'll even drop the Internet Crime Center complain as well as the Amex dispute. I'll just have to wait and see what he decides to do.
