Corvettelover let me know when you get something rolling on your end. I have alerted my local authorities and my attorney.
let you know when I get something rolling my end?

Have you been reading any of this? I've had "my end rolling" since last Friday.

Like I said in the other thread,

Shoot me a PM and I'll send you my number to give to your attorney. You don't have a leg to stand on.

If your trying to scare me, you not! I have every right to receive a refund.

Did you tell your local authorities that a guy is stating facts on an internet forum and you don't like it? Or did you lie to them as well?

Agree.

You have handle this quite well and truly think you should continue to pursue legal action. As a community we should give you support and continue to spread the word about this guy and every other similar scam artist we come along.

Good luck man!

give the guy a refund, you knew damn good and well that wasn't a YANK stall when you put it up for sale!...anyone that knows anything about performance automatic parts knows that all YANKS have billet back covers! How can you even use the excuse "thats what we were told"...how can you have "performance" in your screen name and not know these kinds of things?!?!

to the OP, I do feel that you deserve a refund, however I also feel that you should have researched YANK stalls before purchasing this one, that way when it arrived and you opened it, you would have immediately called and waved the BS flag on it being a YANK. I hope you get your money back and remember to always research before you buy stuff!

oh and my YANK 3600....is red with 6 mounting flanges just like all the others...that looks to be a TCI stall or some other brand, there are only a few that use the stock style back cover.

the problem is from a court point of view, there were no pics shared before corvettelover bought the stall, so they won't have any evidence as to what Xplicit really sent... I'm just hoping Xplicit would stand by a mans word, give him the cash back and call it case closed..

it's kinda worrying how bad calling someone out on the internet can ruin their reputation in real life... damn!

All,

The other thread was locked because it got out of hand (I assume). Please keep the basking out of this thread as I don't want it to get locked as well.

Thanks for understanding.

Nothing much else to up date on. I've gotten pretty much all the info I need on him. Thanks to this site and google! I've given all the info to who I need to about this issue, so all I can do at this point is wait and see what happens.
