What? How about because he's a douche that rips everybody off for being a reason?!? Seriously though, for 3k, I would be knocking his door down, no doubt about it. I haven't checked lately but i'm sure he's still a member on this site. Since the mods haven't responded to our posts about having him banned, I assume he's still an outstanding citizen....

Dude to tell you the truth He hasen't even tried to contact me or anything. I'm 20 years old and have my car in a local shop acumulating storage fee's bc of this. Now i'm probably more than likely going to have to give up on the car and just give it to the owner of the shop bc i don't the kind of money to pull it out......it was my baby and my first car man!!!

First: It was not a Yank and was proved by the company.
Second: You said that if the company confirmed this you could consider a refund, KNOWING it was two months later...now you come with this?? Nice way of doing business, bud...Agree with the negative feedback!

So I logged in this morning to check on Xplicitperformance as I do every morning and when I clicked his profile it says "banned" under his user name. This probably sounds like a stupid question, but does that mean he's actually banned, or did he put that himself?
I think ZONES89RS banned him.

just for a bit of an update, I did notice on Tuesday about noon that someone was viewing the thread that was posted on my site from an IP that came back as uscourts.gov so obviously somebody at the courthouse is looking into things....

there's 2 types of bans. IP ban and a regular ban

this guy was in a tread posting replys with dark demon. dark demon screwed me and a bunch other people. xplicitperformance was posting that he knew dark demon and he will eventually ship parts out. well it seems like xplicitperformance and dark demon are both crooks!

American Express closed the case in Dru's favor because the "merchant" said I didn't return the part. I guess Dru didn't tell them I tried to return the part....on my dime. 
I informed the lady that I offered to return the part on my dime. She said that changes things and re-opened the dispute. I was told to send the documentation showing that I tried to return the part.
The unfortunate part is that I can't talk to the dispute team, only fax them the info I have. I asked the rep to notify them and have them call me.
So as of now, the case has been re-opened and could take another 6-8 weeks to resolve.
The internet crime complaint center is still looking into it as well.
