Default LPP Headers

My buddy bought a set of LPP Headers for his lt1, they were the 1-3/4 to 1-7/8 Longtubes. I guess they have a Gen 1, that dont fit worth a **** and a Gen 2 which was redesigned with no problems. Well he paid for the Gen 2 back in March, and got the Gen 1's that didnt fit worth a crap, leaked, and required cutting of the kmember.. So through trying to contact the guy in every way, all we got was a email that said your out of luck. He paid for the Gen 2, not the Gen 1's that he sent. The guy wont talk on the phone or attempt to make it right. Some people have had good luck, but this is one company that has shitty customer service.

Never had any problems contacting them unless they decided to jump ship.

They always are easy to contact when you have no problems, its when you have a complaint or problem in general they quit answering the phone or emails..

Good to know they aren't getting back to people because I was looking into buying a new design set from them.

I contacted the other week with questions regarding their true dual system and it took them about 2 days to respond. I might be ordering the setup from them soon......I'll let you guys know how it goes.

These headers we got from LPP say SSautochrome on the passenger side tube. Wtf is ssautochrome? From research SSautochrome is the gen 1 headers "china crap" that leaked and was a **** poor design. LPP Redesigned them to work great, a gen 2 header. Order the gen 2 and they are out of stock so sent the gen 1's. Not what we ordered, and we get a email with a sad face and a crap out of luck response. Now thats great customer service let me tell you..

I had fitment issues on my Lt1 stepped Lts from them, but after a little modification we got it to work. I am having issues now with the LTs that I got from them for my truck that are supposed to have no clearance issues and the drivers side rubs on the front drive shaft. I have emailed and pmed Carl all day with no responses yet. And its not like I can clearance the driveshaft. FML
