Well I fucked up and sent mine as a gift trying to be a nice guy and save him a few bucks and paypal wouldn't do anything for me. Guess this is just a lesson learned.

I bought a waterpump and alternator off this guy. He shipped both but just tossed them in a box with no packing. The rear aluminum alternator housing actually broke in half during shipping.
I guess I was lucky and got $90 back via paypal after immediately disputing.
Someone needs to pay this guy a visit!

Well, I did a google search for HP Tuners on Craigslist yesterday (since I never received the one I paid for) and I'll be damned if this son of a bitch isn't on there selling the same **** he ripped people off on here with. Just pissed me off so I thought I would share.

I tried to contact the local police in his area and no one ever got back to me so obviously they don't care. Yeah I'm an idiot, I should have never sent it as a gift but I thought I was being a nice guy saving him a few bucks.
