Default BEWARE OF SELLER fabb!!

I sent paypal payment to fabb on Fri 4/15/11 for some plastic interior parts. He says he will ship the parts that Mon 4/17.

4/19 - Haven't heard anything so I send him a PM. He promptly responds that he is having difficulty due to the size of some of the items but will take care of it the next day.

4/24 - Still haven't heard anything, so I send another PM.

4/25 - He responds back saying that he shipped everything "last week" except for two large items that he will get done in the "next day or so." I PM back saying ok no problem, whats the tracking number? No response......

4/29 - Still no response so I send another PM again asking for the tracking info and status on the other parts. No response again.....

4/30 - Send another PM requesting tracking info and partial refund for the items not shipped. No response.....

5/1 - Paypal claim filed. Still no response.

I was also contacted today by another member who purchased something from fabb and is getting the same runaround and lack of communication. I don't want to post his name, but I will send him a link and see if he chimes in.

Don't be fooled by this guys positive trader ratings. He has logged in every day for the past two weeks but refused to respond to any of my PMs!

The email he gave me was celmck@aol.com and the name on the paypal is Celia McKinney. I don't know if he's using someone else's paypal account.

Good luck guys, I hope it works out for y'all. I bought a p/s pump and reservoir from him and he shipped it 2 days later. Maybe I just got lucky.

Yea I don't get it. The guy has great trader ratings, but then this happens. Even after I filed the paypal dispute, he still hasn't been in touch, but he logs into the site.

i dont recall him ever mentioning it, the messed up part is that we spoke on the phone a week after i paid and he ensured me he was shipping them the next day, and sent me pictures of the parts following the phone call. how much ***** can you have to talk to the person you're screwing!? just filed a paypal claim...realized i paid him on 4/19 so its been longer than i thought. this is the first time ive ever had issues on here and cant beleive what some people will do to make a quick buck. rediculous!

Damn, Sorry yall got ripped off. I pm'd him about the smooth bellow he had for sale for $15 about a month ago. I sent him 2 pm's asking him how much for shipping to my area. The 2nd pm he replied to and I told him I would sent the money first thing in the morning thru paypal and asked if he could take a pic of it for reassurance on my part, just to make sure it didnt have any holes or anything in it.
I get a pm back saying that he's not gonna waste his time taking a pic of a $20 part and send it to me because it wasnt worth his time, he went on to say that I was harrassing
him thru pm.I sent him 2 ****** pm's in 9 days since he didnt reply to the first one I just simply thought he over looked it or something, but I guess thats harrassing. So I repled back and said you must be having a shitty day because all I asked for was a simple pic to make sure you actually have the part and not going to rip me off. Even tho $20 isnt that much now, but still its $20. So I told him to have a wonderful day and glws, because he just lost a buyer.

Anyway, Im glad I didnt buy that from him. I dont know if he actually had it or not, but once all that came out I started thinking, bitch.. your trying to scam me, or just to damn lazy to get off your *** and take a pic.

That in my book, is a horrible way to treat ppl intrested in buying stuff from you. I hope everything works out for you guys. Even tho he didnt get me, I wasnt to happy with the way he treated me.

Im sorry to hear about everyone's misfortune. I bought my tr230 cam from him about a month ago. I will say the communication wasnt great and the shipping wasnt fast, but the part did get to me in the condition he said it would. It probably took about two weeks from start to finish and I did get a little nervous there for a minute, but in the end he came through.

Yea I bought a stock belt tensioner, he shipped two days after he said he would. I told him to make sure the bolts came with it and he assured I was......got the tensioner and no bolts. I pmed him and he said that he would send them right out....never got them. Never bother filing a paypal claim because he had a tracking number and nothing would have come of it.
