That sucks. Well, if paypal won't refund your money, the issuing bank of your credit card will. Paypal will lock your account if you do this, but you should still be able to get your money back.

ok what you do if paypal wont do anything is you contact the atterney general of the state where he lives. I am sure you can get his address from the paypal account. You contact the general. report him. The general will file report and he can face jail time or a major fine. Its called theft by deseption. Also, cotact your credit card company, report it. they will take the funds from paypal and paypal has up to 180 days to fix the problem. Your best bet is to find where the ******* lives and beat the livin **** outta him and get your money back... or get something of equal or greater value goodluck.

Anyone who ever trusts any $$ transaction with paypal is just in line to get screwed by them. I did not believe it either, until it happened to me. Read their terms of service sometime, but bring a lawyer to help you with all 89 pages.

Paypal is a crooks dream come true.

I had a good transaction with him - i did give patrolman808 his address etc. I just sold cats to him and he paid me... I take it he never ended up paying him a visit though...

Fraud is a felony and even if he is a minor you can persue the parents...

I also saw a buyer warning for a similiar name john2222 or something, could be same person. https://ls1tech.com/forums/negative-trader-feedback/252195-johnsonj2212-thief.html

Well... both users use AOL as their ISP... but both follow the same behavior... majority of posts are in the parts wanted section...

but due to that hard to tell if they're the same... this is the reason we do not allow newly registered people to post stuff for sale in the for sale sections (50 post in real tech sections or 6 months registered requirements)
