Exodus - Bad Seller

Exodus- decent Seller I inquired about the hurst shifter he had for sale in the "Parts For Sale" section. He said he still had it and would sell it to me for $40 shipped ,but he would be going out of town a few days and would get back with me when he got back in town to do the deal . I get a PM from him on 12/28 stating that he was ready to do it so I sent him the money via paypal and PMd him with my shipping address . After that he vanished . I have sent numerous EMails and PMs , with no response . I have kept all Emails and PMs if anyone would like to see them . Any help will be much appreciated in either getting my shifter or my money back .

UPDATE : I recieved my shifter on 1/13/05 , 16 days after paying . I recieved it in excellent condition , it was as described . Therefore Exodus is NOT a bad seller . He IS weak on his communication skills , and needs to follow up on his Emails , but that can be improved on and doesn't make him a bad seller .

if he cannot produce a tracking # paypal will refund your money if its in his account, if its not they can put a negative on his account and as sooon as someone buys something and pays, it will be atken from him, i would file a paypal claim

Sure thing John . It just seems fishy to me that as soon as I pay , he no longer communicates with me . I won't have a problem reversing all of this if I get what I paid for . He needs to learn to communicate with people if he doesn't want bad press about him circulating the boards .

Im still waiting ! I haven't seen a shifter in the mail or heard from him since I paid . 
And like I said before , I will reverse this if he comes through on the deal . He does need to learn how to communicate more with his buyers . And I dont buy this I couldn't Email you because my PC has been down . We live in a world that is inundated with PCs , so you can get on the internet at kinkos and the library to name a couple of places . I just want my damn shifter or my money back is all !

Ok I finally got a PM from him . He says that his internet is down again , and was using his buddies PC . He says it will ship on monday . We shall see if I get anything or not in the next few days . Stay tuned ! I will happily turn this into a positive thread for exodus if he comes through .

I got a tracking number from him today ! I checked and it should be delivered to my house by the time I get home . As soon as I check it out I will post up what I believe will be good news !

Well guys , I got my shifter ! It is in as described condition , so that means hes a decent seller in my book . Mods , if you could kindly change the title of this thread to reflect that he is not a bad seller , I would greatly appreciate it !
