Mods I need some help hey guys
i'm having some problems.
heres the story that i posted in the bad review thread uptop
I ordered Autometer Ultralite guages from the seller. The sending units were not in the package. I contacted the seller and he said that he was sorry and that he will mail out the sending units. On June 14th, he emailed me saying that on June 13 the sending units went in the mail. Still no sign of them. Many emails and phone calls and no response.

***UPDATE***
after sending Jay another email letting him know I would be filing a complaint with Paypal he replied and said that the mail might have lost the sending units. He said that he would buy new sending units from autometer.
So it looks like everything is working out okay!
yeah so here is the NEWEST update. after he must have gotten a email from paypal about my complaint he finally emailed me and freaked out that "i'm going to ruin his ebay reputation". well nothing since then. He keeps saying how he'll just buy me new sending units since they are only like 10 bucks. well no, there are $100 a piece!!!
I think i am going to file a police report with his police, but I don't know where in Chicago he lives. Is there anyway the mods can track him down with an IP address or something? to at least get me in the area
also suggestions are welcomed!! I am starting my nitrous soon and this is a HUGE hold up!

it has been used as a credit card just find. no pin needed on paypal
if i dispute the claims, will I have to send back my gauges? or will I get my money and keep the gauges?
