I just talked to him on the phone, I'm not sure what to think.

I'm trying to slow my heart beat and start breathing again. My first reaction was to call the Oakland Sheriff dept where I filed all the info I could, they'll have a detective call me back. He says he talked to a sheriff deputy in person. I also start filling out the FBI Internet Fraud forms.

I tend to hit back hard and fast when I feel I was defrauded, but for now, lets' put the torches away, HE MAY HAVE BEEN PRANKED by someone he works with and his FedEx delivery guy. If he was, this is so F*CKED UP by the guy who pranked him! I'm not sure who's *** to kick now.

I'll see what happens in the morning, but Chris sounds as shaken up by this as I feel.

Hi im not Gelineau of APE. As said above if it comes down to it i will personally write a check to Blu, i have not ripped him off nor will i ever rip anyone off. However what everyone on here says means absolutely nothing to me, i have talked to Blu and as said before i will make sure this gets taken care of one way or another.

Agreed... I have NEVER heard of a single case to where you can stop shipment once its on its way. Did you receive a tracking number, pictures, etc etc. I wouldnt let anyone talk their way out of this. Its clear by his feedback on ebay he has a habbit of ripping people off. I'm sure it wasnt his co worker playing with him on those time. I would have already called the police ASAP.

Chris called and offered to make it right and asked me to keep him up to date on what I told the detective so we can get to the bottom of this together.

Chris told me if he couldn't find the D1SC or the F1R he shipped, he'd send a check to cover my loss.

So he decided to "make it right" after he found out about the detective? Also, when it was shipped they weighed it right? Would be interesting to find out if three bricks and a D1SC weigh the same. Maybe it was shipped weighing something and arrived weighing something else? If there is a distinguishable ammount of weight it seems like you could at least verify that you did in fact send it out.

If anyone needs to know how much a blower head unit weighs, it's 19.25lbs. Cost me 57.90 to ship it via 2-day FedEx Air.

My receipt says 19.25lbs, I'm not sure why the tracking page says 40kg. I'm on hold for FedEx now...

I finished talking to FedEx customer support and filed a claim.

I've forgotten how they have all the transaction info in the computer of which employee touched the package when, including employee numbers for the FedEx Kinko employee who helped me wrap the blower in bubble wrap and place it in a box for me, and the employee number of the driver who delivered the package.

First thing they'll do is interview the driver.

Since I mentioned to them I filed a police report, they're tracking the claim as if it were evidence.

I work for FedEx and I will check on this package to see what I can find out, the first thing is they will not go after Driver. But I can check to see if a damage package report was filed, but if it fell out of the box and nobody could find the box that it went to it would get shipped to a FedEx Overgoods Warehouse and may never be found

Haha damn Jz's. you went loc on the icons. Yeah I've done business with dumbasses on places like Craigslist. Some people are complete dicks. They'll post something, have you send the money or part in trade, say they never recieved it and basically keep what they got. Pisses the **** out of me when I think of how I was scammed by ******* like this.

It’s real easy to see when a crook starts to backpedal.
Keep on him; get him in jail where he belongs.
For a 2g item like that he'll go away for a nice year or too.
If you can prove a track record, witch looks like you can, it could be 3 to 5.
JZ'sTA is right, If I got bricks, I would not be so matter of fact about it and not offer to make things right, I would offer to shove the bricks up the seller's ***. Also he is leaving himself an out. ie,... O maybe someone in the shop is goofing on me and made the switch officer. O look here it is, those guys are so funny. FU, hope you goes to jail.
