the person that lives at the new address is just as liable as Chris is for this since it was delivered to their house and it was fraudulent. he sent me his other address and i have it written down somewhere, looking for it now. calling the commerce township pd RIGHT NOW...

Chris just called me and said he was shipping the manifold back to me right now with a tracking number, and he was going to pay me back for my shipping. he again claims to have stopped shipping on the manifold he sent me which is a total fabrication and a lie. **** this makes me want to murder

MR downs sometimes trads and sales fall though and **** happens but its pretty funny when a mulittude of sales fall thorough within a week. Its also funny when people start sending stuff back when they get caught and realize that even though the people that got scammed are 1000 miles away people close to YOU are willing to step up for the scammed. Theives are the lowest form of scum and you sir are a theif I Really really hope you get whats due to you

i wouldnt worry about getting something else back besides your blower more than i would be worried that your blower hasnt been fooled around with bythis joker that just got publicly busted and wouldnt mind givin ya a little payback in spite.

Chris just called me about 10 minutes ago and asked for my address to send the intake manifold and 57 for my costs back to me. he insists that he stopped shipping on his items even though it's been established on here already that that can't be done. i'll wait a few days to see if i get my manifold back and if i don't by wednesday then i'll file charges with the fbi etc.
i really appreciate all you guys rallying around and helping out when we found out about this scam artist (not very artfull though) thanks guys.

Too many people around here care for the community to let something like this happen to another member. As you've seen, there are locals willing to make a drive to make sure the part is sent back to its rightful owner. Look at some of the APE drama. Several guys got this communities members parts back.
