Re: Procharger

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Bill, we have a huge problem, im sure you already know this though. When my package came this afternoon the FedEx guy mentioned that it sounded like there was items clanging around in the box, i thought that was strange so i had him and the co-owner to my shop around when i opened the box up, sure enough placed inside to my amazement was a couple of bricks, i called my locsal PD and had them contact UPS and they have put a hold on the F1 and it will be shipped back to me. Im not sure how you guys do business out there but this is surely unacceptable. I dont know if you did this and were going to send the blower once you recieved mine or what? either way i need to know whats going on here? Let me know. I have been advised to only speak to you through email so any other form of communication will be ignored. Let me know here or at my email findindeals12345@hotmail.com . im hoping this is a simple misunderstanding with an explanation.
Thanks
Crhis

Interesting i opened the box in front of the FedEx guy and it was three bricks wrapped in bubble wrap. Ive been trading online for quite some time now and have over 200 feedback on ebay and now this. I guess you were hoping i would ship you my F! before i got your box of goodies huh? Sorry man better luck next time.

Dude, you are so full of ****. I had FedEx help me wrap it.

Why don't you wait at home? I've made the call already.

I dont know whos telling the truth here. But i would contact the police and the local FedEx hub, find the driver that delivered this and ask for him to attest to being a witness. The police can find who the driver was. Same goes for both. If the other is telling truth, then he can contact the store in which it was shipped and boxed. I've never heard of anyone able to stop a shipment in mid air...

Ive seen that email somewhere.. just trying to put a finger on it. Once thing "camaro" against you is that the other guy has more posts, and nearly every post he has made has pertained to blower results or questions/answers.

LOL got some pretty nasty negative feedbacks!

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...ndindeals12345

I'd contact the police ASAP. Also look into getting a plane ticket.

Well thats one reason I don't do business with people with that kind of post history. I just read most of his posts and it looks like he's collecting parts for himself....a lot of people will be getting scammed by this guy.

Sorry to hear about this blu00rdstr hopefully jonny law will be able to do something for you.

I know my post count is not huge here so this may not mean much to you guys, but I've been a long time member of CorvetteForum where blu posts quite a bit as well. I've also done business with blu before, and even when things went really wrong (my fault, or things outside of blu's control) he was a great person to deal with, and sent me payment and the agreed pieces in trade promptly.

This Camaro99ss427 guy is clearly the shady character, one look at his eBay feedback and it's obvious he's a criminal.

Blu, I hope you get your blower back in one piece, or sue the living crap out of him.

Bricks don't "clang", especially when they are bubble wrapped.....

Not a normal reaction, awfully "convienient" that you just so happened to have them come over specifically to look into the package....

I know for a FACT that a UPS shipment cannot be stopped once it is in transit, I had a check bounce from a buyer and tried unsuccessfully to have the shipment stopped, and was informed by several different levels of UPS employees (and I spoke to some pretty high ranking people, I called 100s of times) that it couldn't be done, regardles of the situation.

What is the UPS tracking number, it would say if it was shipped and was scheduled to be returned, or what....

By who, and why? Besides the fact that it is the most impersonal form of communication, and one in which you are less likely to be caught in a lie, due to the fact that you can think through and proofread your posts before you say something you shouldn't.

After looking at your feedback, I wouldn't recommend using your Ebay feedback as a reference as to your honesty and to bolster your claim that you were ripped off and are the one telling the truth.
