Well he read my PM today a while before he signed off, but obviously no post here.
magicman327 is his handle on AIM, you might have more luck there. if he doesn't post up here within 48 hours of signing on next(or 72 hours total) i will change his user status to reflect a bad trader status, and go from there.

I seriously hope you all get your product and/or money back, just don't rely on DPD to get it done. BTW, it's unlikely his name is actually Jack Johnson. The two Johnsons listed eariler in the thread could be coincidental. Mostly black people in Detroit and Johnson is a very common black last name.

that individual has been permanantly banned from this website since he has been unwilling to respond to PMs and continues to rip people off after I have tried contacting him.

Yes you will win your claim with paypal, but if he has no money in his paypal account then you wont get anything back. Paypal is the biggest scam of all, but there aren't really a lot of choices... Chances are none of us will get anything back from this scumbag.

well i was the first so if i get any money from paypal ill update in here... but he olnly got me for 40 bucks..and i filed with paypal on the 7th and he ahd till the 17th to respond then they will be in my favor..i think we should all file with paypal and screw this guys internet sellin for good...then if we all file a complant threw where hes from they will have to at least put a warrent out..just my thoughts..but ill update as soon as i hear something...but i tryed to tell yall about this guy and noone read my thread! good luck to you all and ill update asap!
