magicman327 Well, add me to the list guys! This ******* ******* got me for 305.00!!! He replied back to me when I put an ad out looking for a pcm and engine wiring. Why didn't any of you guys give him a negative rating? I just did 10 minutes ago. Yea, I filed with Paypal too. Yea, they rip us off too! I sent in a better form of fraud through ic3.gov. I suggest everyone to go there and file. I made my purchase on Jan 3, 06. I didn't see anything negative on this guy and he approched me, DAMN!!! I semi blame the management here too. If a guy is banned, his name shouldn't still be around. He should have 5-6-7-8 whatever negatives after his name. I noticed too that this guy started out as
bobjozx@hotmail.com and as Paul. Yea, he is listed under Paypal as Jack Johnson --magicman327@hotmail.com. This guys name shouldn't even show up here. Not with just a little "banned" name underneath. Everyone here should also take 2 minutes and put Another negative feedback under this ******** name. Bruce, sorry you feel so poorly, but it should be pretty obvious what "Banned" means under their name. And taking their name off the site wouldn't do anything to help warn people in the future.

Will do. If you guys got ripped off please file a complaint through FBI.gov
They may not listen to one complaint so the more who file about the same guy the more iniative they have towards it. And if this guy did this on here chances are this isn't his first time and won't be his last..

paypal is good of ripping everyone off and not placing proper responsibility and blame where deserved. thats why i never use it. i hope everything turns out for you. if not, paypal has been beaten before. call the better business bearu or something.

i opened a paypal account with intentions to buy from paypal. then all the sudden a week later after not even using it, i get an email saying someone claimed i sold something to them and never sent them the item. WTF? I dont even use that account. They took $150.00 from my bank account directly and left my paypal account with a negative balance on both paypal and my bank and both were demanding money to put me 'back in good standing'. After FOUR months, they corrected the problem and paypal paid all my fees.
They should be able to do the same for this scammer i believe unless he took his bank information down, like i should have done.

Magicman327--AKA -Jack Johnson Just got my letter from Paypal yesterday (1/28/06). It's been 10 days since I filed my case against the "MagicTURD!" Sure, I got my "Dear John letter", But started out as "Dear Bruce" The same Bla-Bla-BLA ****, BUT they (Paypal) did get back $44.83 from his account. In fact, that part of the letter stated:
We have concluded our investigation of your Buyer Complaint. The details of
this claim are listed below.
We have decided in your favor, and as a result, have attempted to recover
funds from the seller.
The maximum amount we were able to recover was $44.83 USD. This amount has
been credited to your PayPal account. Please allow up to five business days
for this adjustment to be reflected in your PayPal account.
If you are due any additional amount from the seller, we will make our best
effort to recover the balance from the seller.
If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.
I also called them and they told me to be patient, that they are trying to recover all of the 305.00 that I sent this SLEAZE BALL!! It's not fair the way Paypal treats their good customers! Sure, you best bet that THEY got their 3
and 1/4 percent. What about me? I'll see as time goes by.

Just got a call from a detective in Green Bay, gave him all the info and everything. He said he's fowarding all the information to the De Pere police department and he would get in touch with roadrunner and see if he can get all his information. Looks like they're getting close. For anyone making a complaint, the detective told me to file charges with your local police so they have a written statement to fax to his police department. Just an FYI.
