This kid is a complete idiot. I got a partial refund from him, $200 of the $300 he owes me. Best part is that I have his address now.

I wish you all the best of luck with this guy! I started a thread a couple months back saying I needed a bumper. He said he had one and when I asked for pictures, he said his camera just broke. Well I waited to get localy but I never did. So then I went to my old PM from him and seen he was banned and now I found this! Glad I waited! I also got scammed a couple months back on Yahoo Auctions, but I skipped Paypal and went straight through Visa and I got my $$$ back! Good luck to all of you guys! Get his ***!

...i only got screwed over 80 bucks but still that sux Money Back!! I called Paypal last night (2/14/06) and asked them if there was any head way on the file against Jack Johnson on the money that I sent him. They just don't care. They did take down the new address, but really didn't seem to care. So, then I decided to call Paul Johnson from DePere, WI. I introduced myself and proceeded ask him if he knew of a Jack Johnson, or if he could tell me where 1331 Riveo Dr. was. I explained to him on what had happened to myself and the other members from LS1tech.com. He was a little upset that his name and phone number were posted. He proceeded to tell me that he was a contractor and knew the town pretty well. He grabbed the phone book and could not find where 1331 Riveo drive was. He did say there were a couple new streets that were going in and was going to check out today.
Today (2/15/06) I decided to send an E-mail to magicman327@hotmail.com. I told him that it is just a matter of days before the FBI contacts him on all the moneythat he has ripped us off. He E-mailed me back 15 minutes later and said he was in the process of sending my money back AND all the others that he took money from. I then E-mailed him and asked him when we would see it. He said it would be soon about a week. We will see!

Magicman327 I e-mailed Magicman327@hotmail.com today. I asked him if I was getting my money today (2/23/06) or tomorrow. I sent him the e-mail where he said he was sending my money and everyone elses in a week, the week is almost up. I then called Paul Johnson from Depere,Wis. to see if he ever found out anything on 1331 riveo drive. He said there is no 1331 Riveo drive. He gave me the number to the city of Depere. (920-339-4053) I called and talked to Dave Hongisto. He looked on his computer and said there is no 1331 Riveo drive. The closest thing was Riverside drive, but no 1331. He even looked through all of Greenbay too. Nothing. I told him the whole situation where a bunch of us got ripped off. He reasured me that it sure wasn't Paul Johnson. He said he was truly a straight up guy and was rated at the top of the builders in the area. I wish Paypal would give up the address and phone number on this sleeze-ball.....That's all for now.....Bruce

Well looking over everything again I figured I'd check the zip that was stamped from the post office. Well I still didn't find a 1331 Riveo Dr, but I did find a 1331 Bellevue St with about 4 different Johnson's registered to that address. All different first names too, which is very wierd. Also all of them have different phone numbers, which makes it even more wierd.
Ok here goes, they're all at this address:
1331 Bellevue St
Green Bay, WI 54302
Now are their names, and their numbers if someone would like to call. All I have is my cell right now so I cannot call long distance.
Gerald Johnson - 920-468-6190
Dale E & Loann M Johnson - 920-469-0145
Larry Johnson - 920-469-9000
LA Irwin-Johnson - 920-406-2845
I gurantee one of these people (given they are different people and not the same) would be our scammers parents, or at least related to them. I am going to file ANOTHER report with the FBI Internet Fraud Division and give them all of this information. If someone could call these people and see if they know anyting, it's too much of a coincidence to me that 6 different Johnsons with 5 different numbers all live in the same house.

And unfortunately, looks like this is not what you were thinking.
Try looking up 1331 BELLEVUE ST without specifying just Johnsons... there are more than two hundred listings.
I was suspecting it might be a large trailer park where people all share one official street address, so I checked on that property, and sure enough... PARKVIEW MOBIL HOME COURT, covering 67 (
) acres.
Also, fyi, the zip code stamped by the post office is not always an accurate indication of the sender's location, since some post offices in smaller towns don't stamp their mail anymore, just send it to a processing center in the nearest big city (where it receives a zip code of the big city).

Magicman327 Yesterday, 3/1/06, I called all the numbers. The 1st number was busy for 3 times, got answering machine on 4th try and left a message. Second person, Dale Johnson, started laughing when I said I was looking for a Jack Johnson at this address. He said,"Buddy, this a huge trailer park! There are at least 500 trailers here." He said he didn't even have a computer, but he did have a phone book. While he was looking up numbers, I told him the names and numbers I had. He laughed at the last number. He said that was his wifes number and might as well scratch it off. He gave me a number of Jack and Mary Johnson at 920-435-5567. He said that they lived on the other side of the river. I called and talked to Mary. She didn't think it was her husband, but I sort of got the feeling she didn't quite trust him, or something else. She asked what E-mail I was looking for, when I told her, she said she wasn't sure of her husbands e-mail. I don't know, I might call back. I'm going to e-mail after this, if he says something, then we'll know one of these numbers is our guy. Oh, I left a message on Larry Johnsons machine too. I'm going to call Paypal today, too. I'm going to mention that Jack Johnson has e-mailed me and said he was paying us back. Just to see if he has had any communication with them. That's all for now.....Bruce
