i bought some parts from him a week from this past saturday with a instant payment and have not got a tracking # yet. he said sat he would mail them today but have not heard from him. not saying he is not legit just slow.

 

I didnt get a tracking number either, but it took 2 days to receive the parts from NY via USPS.

Much faster than I though...I wouldn't worry about it.

snake, i sent you a PM on cz28.com. Your parts are on the way as of today....I couldnt fit it all in one box...had to do 2 boxes due to the weight of those AC compressors.

dude, you are really starting to become the hassle. I sent you a PM on camaroz28.com a half hour ago and you find it necessary to make this post. LOL Just because I didnt give you a tracking number doesnt mean the parts were not shipped.

For the record, you paypal'd me on 2/4. The paypal actually cleared in the checking account on 2/9. The parts were shipped exactly 6 working days later (2/17). The problem is what???

On top of it all, I GAVE you free parts.....yeah, free. I sold you (2) LT1 AC compressors that work, 1 LT1 intake manifold that is perfect, 1 set of ARP headbolts/washers, and 2 LT1 timing covers for $120 shipped. That was $80 in my pocket after shipping. I told you that I would help you out and offer you "buy stuff, get stuff for free".

Then you come on here and try to make me look shady? You cry over not getting a tracking number. My wife dropped off the boxes and didnt request a tracking number. Must be the end of the world?

I have replied to every one of your PMs and kept you up to date every step of the way.

On top of that, you make this post 30 minutes after I send you a PM on camaroz28.com. ??

WOW I was going to make some wise crack about Jason being a loser, but I guess that would not be appropriate.

Snake Charmer its sometimes VERY frustrating I've been the buyer and seller in that situation the good news is while there maybe a delay or some miscomunication you'll get your parts. I've dealt with Jason a few times over the years I seriously doubt you will get ripped off or anything.

in all my dealings with people on this board and others i have yet to have to write something bad about someone. as far as getting ripped by jason i never said or meant anyhting of the sort, i just wanted to get on the record and make it clear how long it has been. i would like to apologize to jason for not knowing how personal he takes things, and never meant any disrespect all i was doing is trying to make it clear that i do not appreciate being told from week to week that the same package is being shipped.

 

Noah, I appreciate the apology. Sorry for getting defensive, its been a tough few weeks for me. With the time that shipping takes (1-1.5 weeks), and the time that it took for the payment to clear in the checkings (4 business days), that leaves exactly a week that it took me to ship the parts. I really dont think that was out of line expecially since I had to re-package them into 2 boxes. I just felt like this was a complete over-reaction on your part to imply that "I" was the person that waited 3 weeks to send them. The parts have been in transit for a week now.

The only thing that I said I was sorry for (which I am) is not getting you a tracking number. But implying that I sent you a PM saying I was "sorry" for everything (assuming complete fault) was not what I said.

I really dont understand how you think I have been stringing you along though. The paypal cleared in the account on the 9th, which I did say that I would ship it by the 11th. When I tried to ship it on the morning of the 11th, USPS told me that the box was too heavy (over 70lbs). I did not realize that there was a limit on weight with them since I have exclusively used UPS for shipping heavier boxes until recently (UPS charging too much). Then I had to repackage the parts into two seperate boxes and they were not mailed until the afternoon of the 17th.

USPS Parcel Post takes 6-8 working days (M-F) which is a week and a half of actual time.

But honestly man, when I told you since last week that it was shiped, it was. You asked me twice in the last week if it was shipped and both times I have said yes. You probably wont see the packages it until early next week.

Again, sorry for getting worked up about this, but I figured that a few days extra to get the parts out was not the end of the world.....especially since I ended up giving you a bunch of free stuff.
