If so, post up.

He wants to use the forum but I want to make sure that there are not some problem deals floating around...

I have a problem. I bought an Intake from him back in december, When i recieved it the whole bottom of it was blown out. I told him about the problem and he said he would only repair the problem not refund my money. There were 3-4 good size cracks along the bottom of the intake.

I seen that the member sled had the same problem and got a refund.

This is where we stand now. I sent my intake back to him. He recieved it. And I dont know whats happening now. Last I heard he was going to send me a broken intake back.

And I also got a negative feedback... for a product that was broken when I recieved it, I am still down 275$ and I do not have the intake in my hands.

Compltely incorrect. And I believe your attempting to jump on a bandwagon to bend me over on it.

First of all, can you please post any pictures of ANY damage whatsoever?

I clearly sold it exactly as described WITH pictures. I just got it back from you 3 days ago and pressure tested it, and its perfect. Its shipping back to you saturday morning.

Prostock john: I do have 13 positives on here, and have taken care of every single problem that I "unfortuneatly have had" FULLY.

I have full pictures of it, and there is nothing different than described. I took it back and inspected and made sure it was good to go and im shipping it back on my DIME.

IMHO I think VTESPEED has struck out, he has already been on here once and was banned for having deals go bad. This is not the first time this has happen. If this was my board, he would get IP banned.

Are you kidding, You could stick you finger through one of the cracks. No i do not have pictures on how i recieved it, There is No way that it could be pressure tested in the condition it was in. Did you look at where i marked the intake with yellow marker. You must have missed those cracks?

If you are going to send it back fine. I will take pictures when it gets back here. If you are claiming that the intake is not cracked. I will take pics of the so called uncracked manifold and see what everyone else has to say. That is if It ever comes back.

Please show the pictures and include on the pictures the yellow markings that i used to identify the cracks.

Its in great shape. Ready to bolt on.
Last year I cut a hole in the back and did some home porting then re-epoxyed the back..Its a little dirty and has been on the car for awhile but it works great still. I *think* it was worth a few HP but not sure as dyno #'s were only 5 rwhp higher but it was a nicer day in better conditions.

Check my feedback. Thanks.

It doesnt say anythign about the bottom being cracked.

I will actually never be posting another part for sale on ls1tech again. Not worth the hassle for an honest seller. This will be my last reply in this topic whatsoever.

00badbird: It'll be back on its way back to you saturday.

Bigdaddy: wow, after I did all that for you including eating half the cost of the part and fully took care of the problem in EVERY way AFTER fedex damaged it during shipping? Wow.....no comment.

I am done selling on ls1tech, I will only be using it in the future for random reading etc.
So dont worry about it

VTESPEED: Why do you take apart every intake you sell to port it and then epoxy it back? Why don't you just tell the truth. You buy them broken and try to fix them. Then you advertise them as something they're not and lie about it. Then when the buyer is mad you try to blame them like you had no idea.

THAT IS CALLED A SCAMMER, you're no better than all those other scammers stickied at the top of the page. Goodbye! You surely wont be missed!

I didnt come out like a champ, I still had to buy a new pan because the old one got damaged. Next time you ship something big, use a crate and dont lie about the shipping.
