Never had a problem with him and have dealt with him for years. Not that I am doubting you, it just looks fishy that you come on this site and register just to complain about the sale. Javier doesn't have an ignorant bone in his body, so I am sure it was not intentional. Do what it right and be calm about it and shoot him a PM/email and discuss it with him first before bashing him on this site.

His thread was over on Moparts.com. The thread has been deleted, and I am trying to get the site administrators to recover it for evidence purposes. I have sent him multiple PM's, E-Mail's, and VoiceMail's. He hasn't responded since the day they were delivered and I questioned him about the flat tire when I unpacked it. I have saved all PM's & E-Mail's for evidence. I googled his e-mail address this morning and this site showed up. I was pissed to discover that he has had pleanty of time to post on this site while ignoring my requests to resolve this issue. The people on Moparts are ready to lynch him at this point!

hey buddy, im very good friends with javier, hell i was there the day he dragged your wheels and tires out of the corner of his garage. he checked them over i was there next to him before he put them in the boxes. and as for those drag radials they have very good tread patter for being drag radials. i think he had them on the car for about 50 miles. he also had eye surgery last week and hasnt been on much. the tires did have air when i was over there. he deflated the tires to put them in the box. all 4 tires were deflated. Maybe he doesnt want to deal with your ignorance?

He said he released all of the air prior to packing? Three of the tires had 25 PSI of air when delivered, the one with the nail obviously didn't.

i was there WE DEFLATED ALL FOUR TIRES....
oh and the picture with that nail... it looks clean as hell. kinda funny cus those tires havent been on his car in about a year. dont you think it would be rusty by now?

I think this guy is a fraud. Javier has had several positive transactions on this site and I have even bought used parts from him with no problems. I will even be at his house tonight to borrow his HP Tuners. I will get the full story from him tonight and let everyone know.

you know whats really rediculous, is that you people all are passing this guy off like hes a scammer or liar. you all need to stfu, and reserve your comments till moparnos gets in here. you guys really know how to treat somone like ****.
its all good that you guys want to defend him, but so far only one guy was actually there, and he has shown nothing but ignorance of the situation. instead of saying " hey man i was there, let me mention something to him personally since im obviously a freind that lives near him" instead you act like a toal asswipe and tell the dude he is ignorant. please, i thought ls1tech members were more mature than that.

wow i haven't recieved an email from you except for the one you posted here. or i don't have any missed calls/messages. what is your deal i sold you exactly what i posted. i posted good pics of the tires and wheels and you agreed to buy them i even posted them here and other sites. as far as the nail you said was in there i did not see any problems with the tires when i shipped them and yes like i said before i deflated all four tires before putting them in the box. so i don't know how you can say 3 of them just happen to have air in them. i took more of a hit on the shipping than the original 80 for shipping(came out to $130) i told you. but i took the hit cause i told you 650 would be fine. i never sold anyone anything that wasn't described correctly. i have good feedback on here and ebay 100+ so i never had issues with anyone. so i don't apreciate you coming here and bashing me for no reason. i'll contact you
