sooo what happened? i read the entire thread lol
i was really surprised that nineball manned up and offered to pay. that says alot about him and ls1tech. im happy to be on a site where the admin offers to make things right

dustin- i know this is none of my business and i only skimmed through this thread so i am not 100% on the situation, but being you just started a new job and are currently strapped for money, wouldnt it be easier for you to ship the springs he originally bought then to send a refund?

I feel your pain and feel your actions are 100% the right thing to do.
Dustin. I dont know you and after reading your first post you seemed cool and legit. Seemed you were having bad times which dosen't make what happened right, but you were trying to take care of things in the right direction.
Now however I am proud of the fact that I don't know you. You totally made yourself look like a *** and I believe you owe some apoligizes to those people. In that PM or email you sent with those threat's you have made your rep even worse. Now people think you are a bad business man and a huge *** hole. Way to really earn the respect back from the LS1tech crowd.
That alone is enough for me not to have you as a mod. You broke one of the biggest rules on LS1tech by threating another member.
And how could you be a mod anymore if you can only get to the computer every once in a while? This site wouldn't be where it is if the mods only logged in every few weeks.
Anyways I dont mean to bash you but you need to see this from someone else's point of view.
I am happy to see that this is hopefully over with and the buyer will get a refund.

Grow up. We understand you trying to help you brother but you did nothing but make things worse. I am happy to see you are not posting anymore.
The fact is that Dustin should have sent the springs from day 1 and he would still be a mod with a good name. His brother would still be a member with 0 posts which would be better in his case. 1bad97 would have recieved what he paid for. And this would have never happened which means I would have saved myself 30 minutes reading and replying to this thread. That didn't happen however so those at fault need to take account and step up to the plate.
The threat's, and BS could have been saved for some other time in another place.
