Maybe he took the Broken Black Motorola to Broken Back Mountain?
I would wait a few more days before getting nervous though.
Not everyone gets online everyday. Do a search and see if he's posted since you emailed him. If so, then I would be upset. If not, then give it a few more days.

rawlitogut82@yahoo.com I paid for a cell phone, over a week ago, via paypal, sent 8-10 pm's and emails with no response,
they logged on again tonight so i know they have been getting my messages. and yet have failed to respond
,refund my money or ship my phone...
This is over $50, how low can you be
honestly i would prefer to get the phone but either way something needs to happen.

I filed a dispute with Paypal on the 11th and wanted to give them a week to get it resolved. 
I have started the process for a refund with paypal, but it can take up to 30 days to resolve it. 
When I saw they logged on on the 18th it completely spun me out.
I had assumed until then that something came up, personal or family issues, and maybe they never got the messages. But then when they did i was obvously wrong and they were just being a bad trader.
Its really unfortunate that so many people have forgotten the "golden rule" you know to do unto others as you would have others do unto you. If more people would follow this we could eliminate this section all together because all traders would be good

I'd say you've been very patient and done everything in your power to contact the seller and try to right things.

Good news bad news..........
Bad news they have cancelled the account
and the odds of me getting my $50 back are slim.
Good news paypal is in the process of filing a collection on them and it will hit their credit so even if i dont get the money,
they will end up paying out more in higher interest rates on car loans and credit cards
