I posted regarding an AIR part that i needed and specified that i needed it out of a 96/97, he shipped me the part from a 94/95 which was not what i needed, he then would not refund me the full amount, only a partial despite it being his mistake and not mine.

Dude what is your problem crying over the shipping cost? Shipping is never refunded, you get money back for the item you purchased, not shipping cost. You think i can call UPS and ask for my money back too? no....so like i said before, i can refund you everything except for the $10 shipping cost....which would be $25. Sorry for any problems dude....but i payed for shipping too. The best i can do, is you keep the parts, and i just send you $20 back. that way you dont have to pay for shipping back too...

I told Transambandit to go ahead, and ship the item back so i can go ahead and give him a full $35 refund. He said "Nah bro, give me my money first". So therefore, I cant do much more from my side.

He is really acting childish at this point and im tired of dealing with him, he sent me a message that if i deleted (he said it made him look like a thief) the other thread about him that he would refund the full amount, so i deleted it, now he is saying he wont refund the money until he gets his part back, and i told him thats not how it works, i didnt wait to send the money the first time until i had received the parts. So why should it be the other way around this time?

SO i would be very wary about buying anything from MOE_TAWS6
