Stiffed for a lousy $10!!

Stiffed for a lousy $10!! Sent a guy a stock intermediate pipe.... free for the parts....only charged him $10 to cover the shipping.
Seemed like a decent enough guy and he was in a hurry, so I shipped it to him before receiving the cash to help the dude out.
Over a month has passed...a few emails and more than a few empty promises of payment.
It's only $10, but just beware... better off steering clear of folks who won't cover their obligations... big or small.
His name is Raul Gutierrez from Corpus Christi, TX. I don't have a user name, since he emailed me privately.
