I've been having the same problem for almost
two months now. I have an address & phone,
there's another guy (or maybe just a sock
puppet) in this mess and neither of them
give me anything but excuses, when they
bother to respond at all.

Any Austin TX people know this guy? I've
done got to the end of my patience, two
weeks since the last time I was told it shipped
(and no tracking # despite repeated requests).

 

I don't think I know him, what's his user name?

Tomorrow a.m., I'm going to run the track # again, to see if it still comes up invalid...How much $ did he get you for? This morning, March 8, after over 3&1/2 weeks waiting, I finally have a valid UPS tracking # from Ryan Sabrsula ror a "like new" SLP SS car cover. Hopefully, this freak show will be coming to an end soon. We should know the ending to this "saga" by Friday, the 14th. Stay tuned, boys & girls.... Yeah? I got an email from someone saying that
they were his girlfriend and that he was out
of town, that there was a returned package
with my name on it (I've been home all
day, every day, for the last couple of weeks,
no way the delivery failed on my end).

Second verse, same as the first.

Funny thing is, this is such a clusterMESS,
the shipment I'm waiting for isn't even what
I was supposed to get and one Tod Bargus,
who's supposed to be shipping me my springs
that he received by mistake, isn't even
bothering to lie to me anymore.

I guess you're luckier than me. At least
you got a number. Maybe even your merchandise.

After PayPal payment on 2-15-03, my cover finally showed up today from Ryan S. 1 month turnover, but at least I got the merchandise. Jimmyblue---I hope he comes thru with your parts. WJ.

 

"Tod Bargus" now claims that he has my springs
back and that I refused them (my own paid-for
merchandise???) and he intends to keep them.

"Tod" also says he will "deal with me personally"
if I continue trying to find him (or find any
indication that he exists as a real person).
His Lake Jackson shipping address is bogus.
Nobody there seems to know him, he wants to
play this crooked game when it would be so easy
just to ship me my stuff. Everybody else I've
bought from on here has been straight-up.

"Tod" has ignored 5 separate requests for
the (alleged) shipping info. All I know is,
nothing came to my house from him.
