What to do if a member of this board. . . .UPDATE does not send you the product after you have paid for it? I bought a NOS 5177 kit from RYAN_1199 and now I cannot get back in touch with him. He was supposed to ship it out Monday from Tampa and I haven't seen or heard from him. I know he read my PM about getting in touch with me b/c it says "Read by Recipient." I was just wondering what the procedure was that you guys have taken in the past?
Hopefully something just came up and will be explained to me later because I know he got my money.

Re: What to do if a member of this board. . . .UPDATE Buyer seller feedback is the best place. Remember that there can be delays with things, before you slam someone. However there are people who use this board for scamming people. Re: What to do if a member of this board. . . .UPDATE Thanks for the input guys. I know that there are always delays with this kind of stuff and I'm really in no hurry for the kit. It's just I know he read my PM telling him to get in touch with me (weather it was going out or not) and he chose not to do so. I think that was like Tuesday, but maybe there's a good reason behind all of it and I just can't see it yet.

Okay he is a few days late.
I would send him an email today asking him to ship the item in the next 48 hours and to contact you immediately with the tracking number. Remember to always have items insured. If he cannot comply with this ask him to call you or to refund your money. Don't be overly harsh, he's late but there may be extenuating factors...
For others reading, sometimes it's not a bad idea to ask whether the item is boxed up and ready to go... I've been on both sides of this and I think it's premature to go crazy.

I just didn't understand why he read my message and didn't respond. Maybe his girlfriend, friend, etc. read it and didn't tell him-who knows? I'll just sit tight for now.

Re: What to do if a member of this board. . . .UPDATE Hey-my kit came in today, so all is well. The bottle mounting brackets weren't included as promised, but that's no big deal. I also didn't realize he left me his phone # in one of the PM's-so I guess it was part my fault after all for not calling him. Anyways, thanks for the help everyone.
