Guys/Gals, please keep everyone involved posted with updates and keep checking this thread. I sent him an email also since he doesnt have me on record as being involed.

 

Alright, I just got off the phone with paypal. They will issue a partial refund to everyone who filed a complaint, (will take up to a maximum of 10 days to complete). I will have to pay out of my pocket the rest of the money owed,And i will be filing a police report also.

I cant believe the ****. But thats where im at right now.. Im going to call back again.

That is another i don't understand as well. He would have had to transfer these fund to a bank account that was in colton/kevin's name and then from there somehow get it out. It makes no sense. That or he requested a check but they again wouldn't have put it in his name?

 

Even IF the "cousin" added his bank account, and then took it off, you should see the record of it being withdrawn to a certain bank account.

And unless he changed the e-mail addy on the account, you should have received confirmation emails stating that you had money transfered to you.

 

Yeah none of this seems even believable. If it was me id be pressing fraud charges on your cousin. I don't care if its blood relation or not. Hes about to destroy your credit history once the charge backs start hitting from credit cards. Not to mention the fraud charges from them also. Your choice not mine i guess....
