Very sad that the cops wont do anything. To be honest and I dont care if a cop reads this, but I would handle this on my own if this guy screwed me. He needs to learn a lesson the hard way.

My credit card company also issued me a refund. I just printed out my paypal stuff (dig up your claim and proof that you won but didnt recieve money) all emails, anything that that proves you had a transaction with him but failed to recieve goods or a refund. I ended up sending my cc company 10 pages of crap on this kid including his address. 4 days later I had the money in back in my account (thats after I was told it'd be up to two billing cycles or 60 days). Anyways, good luck to everyone else who hasnt had any luck yet.

Nope. I've given up on it. I got my money back from my CC company. I need to check up on the fraud charges that I filed. I just don't have the time anymore to really care about this, which is sad. I know he's going to do this to more people.

Just to let you all know Kevin Vincent is back on the prowel. He is on another forum selling parts. I noticed there has been alot of new members on here selling, makes me really think twice about buying from them. I got a word that he was back with a differant username but haven't been able to figure it out. Just be very careful with new members that are selling..

I had a guy tell me he was sneaking around on this forum under a new ID and also on Norcal but I don't know for sure. I do know on Sacfbodyz he is on there for sure because he has a few things for sale and is tryin to trade some wheels or something. His user name ia 2kws6
