I Got Screwed Alright heres the deal. I purchased a t56 conversion kit for 2 grand i will copy and paste the ad.
Well I bought the camaro with a m6 stuff and I wanna sell it. Well here's the list
Stock rebuilt t56 with carbon fiber synchros
Spec 3 clutch kit
Aluminum fidanza flywheel.
Pedals
Crossmember
Pro 5.0 shifter with husrt ****
Ever thing above has about 300miles and the master and slave clienders are the gm ones and they have about 10 miles. You can come see the parts run. I am looking to get like 2000.00
To make a long story short I just got a pm from 383lt1impala and its a steel flywheel and a stock clutch!!!
My problem with this situation is that i paid more than i was willing to because of the spec 3 clutch and it being a aluminum flywheel. Shouldn't I be entitled to getting some moneyback?

yeah exactly what i was thinking. its already shipped out. im gonna see how it looks when i get it. i still want some moneyt back no matter what. The clutch he defined is 350 and the flywheel is 250. And everything was said to have 300 miles . So im thinking around 400-500 $ back right? you guys tell me what would be fair.

if you decide to keep the stuff? i wouldnt. who knows if the trans is really built now after this? you are already having problems just in communication with this guy,do you want more? he has already proven not to be trust worthy,dont be his guinea pig.........
i would say he owes you a spec 3 & & fidanza flywheel at his cost! & he gets the old stuff back that was falsely advertised.and he should pay shipping it was his mistake not yours.......

yes it was resolved as u can see in my posts i got the car in january. i took off the trans in march if i did send it to u the sponsor that i got the car off of would refund what ever money u would have wanted. no harm was done. a little fustration but no harm. so u didnt get screwed so it makes this thread pointless.
