Sobaka79: RESOLVED 4.0?.07 Well i got ripped off. Sobaka was supposed to have shipped out FRC and said on Feburary 17th he would send a tracking order. He never did. I waited till the 23rd and asked for the shipping order or tracking number so we could figure out if they got lost in the mail or what was up. His simple response was "Go F**K yourself you jerk, file a paypal complaint". I filed a paypal complaint as he instructed. Be careful terrible person to communicate with and a terrible seller.

your payment didnt clear untill the 17th, and monday was a holiday, ive got mail thats late and do you see me *swear word*??
i told you to file a report with paypal bc i knew they wouldnt accept a complaint after three *swear word* business days.
be a man and call my number, instead of *swear word* to everyone else YOU *swear word*.
i wouldnt do business with you again and i suggest everyone else use caution with this jerk.
p.s. threats wont get you far in life
ill post ALL of our private msg's so you all can see who is really out of line here.
and ill be sure to post your tracking number AGAIN

Get it worked out. Seller has responded.
I considered Shipping holidays. And he stated he had the shipping info and after 4 days had yet to send it or even reply to messags stating what was going on. And according to paypal it was an instant transfer that cleared the day the payment was shipped. You say you will post the Tracking number AGAIN. when was it posted the first time. I even have the PM from him stating the money was received on the 9th. So how am i wrong.
2 more days has passed since the Sobaka stated he would AGAIN post a shipping/tracking number. havent heard from him about it either. hopefully he will be a stand up guy and either refund my money or get me the FRC. Hopefully this will have a happy ending.

and for real transam285s needs to sort out that "gaypal" crap quick,
I got the fuel rail covers the other day. Transaction and communication got worked out on both ends we should be good to go. Paypal wont let me remove the dispute as it appears to be in some sort of appeals process. Hoping it gets worked outl.
Please check periodically with paypal to make sure the dispute/appeal is lifted as the seller is now banned for making threats against the site, poor sales response and general disregard for all members here. They cannot recieve pm's and have bloced email in user profile - you will have to save a link to this and post when all is cleared up.
