2. Engine harness for f-body, ($140) paid on 6/21/07
3. I have filed a refund claim through paypal.
This jerk apparently sold the same harness to at least two people and didn't ship it to either of us. He won't answer emails or pm's.

He [hnaskcot (kenneth lemieux jr) New Orleans, La.] also sold me a engine harness for a 2001 m6 Ls1 I paid through paypal on 6/22/07 and have also filed a claim with paypal. I tried to contact him but have not heard back from him either.
Sorry to hear about your luck guys. I was also interested in buying that same engine harness, but I got a bad feeling about the deal. I asked for a pic of the harness through PM, and he replied back with "What's up?" like he didn't understand why I was asking for a picture of it. I didn't even reply back after that.
Sucks that people like this are out there.

I sent you more than one message asking about the harness before you supposedly went out of town. You read the messages but wouldn't answer. No harness, no refund from you for either of us. Seems like enough said.

Wow. If you guys want, google (among other sites) can provide a ton of information on a person. Ie. birthdate, phone number, address, place of employment, parents names, spouses name, their places of employment, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
You have to face it, cops wont do **** about this. If you really wanted to, you could take matters into your own hands and have him beg to hand over the money.
Not suggesting anything, just providing the information to fellow LS1tech members who have been wronged by some useless piece of ****. Good luck guys.

I saw the T56 ad today, and the replies led me here. From what I can see:
Seller sold the same harness to LS1MCSS, Beau B, and SMOKKINU. His only response here has been a lack of communication on his part (if you will be away and have someone else's money and can't ship, TELL THEM!) and a poorly worded attack on the buyers.
The cops can do something about this, but the victims need to file complaints. The more there are, the better a case can be made for an organized scheme to defraud.

Since he didn't respond saying he actually had 2 harnesses and explain why he was latge in sending them. I'm lead to beleive that he actually defrauded both board members. Hope Pay Pal comes through for you guys.
I had a deal simular tho this through Ebay and thought Pay Pal was gonna save me. Problem is, if the seller never responds to the emails Pay Pal sends them, Pay Pal will never make a desicion weather or not to refund your money. I'm still waiting.
