Unfortunatly even if he gets them to come look at it now, it has been moved. I waited about 5 days past when it needed to get moved to move it. So if what smokin is saying they will deny the claim based soley on that.
I really dont know if it was damaged during shipping or damaged before shipment. I am still waiting to hear the sellers response about what he is going to do to make the situations right. Like i said this thread can either die or be kept alive, hes only ruining his reputation.

i got insurance for a reason, if it gets denied, it gets denied... no, i wont do anything about it, it wasnt damaged when i shipped it, and why would UPS insure something that is damaged and not inspected before it was packaged? i declared insurance on it, and they requested i open the box so it could be checked for damage before it was shipped.

Personally after all the lies, i dont believe that the hood was in good condition prior to it being shipped. I think tha majority of people that have read this thread and will read this thread in the future will agree with me. But i guess that doesn't matter to you since you run off to other boards, lie ( surprise surprise ) to them and then tell them how we are Shady f*cks

Alright your call. Even if the credit card company does not reverse the payment at least this thread has and will continue to show people the type of person you are.

the pics you posted, that i can verify are of my hood, show NO DAMAGE.
I could give 2 ***** what people think of me, especially on here...ive done business, and will continue to do business on here without issue. Hell, I just sold my motor for $2300 on here and he knew about this thread. He had no complaints at all and everything went smoothly, including shipping.

I went and looked at the box closer and like i said it appears that the footprints are under the tape, most likely someone stepping on the box before it was assembled.
I FINALLY got ahold of the person dealing with the claim, they tell me that they were never given my correct cell phone number, and that due to it being move the claim would be denied
