Default MaroSteve - TOTAL BS DUDE!

This guy was fine until I received the parts. He sold me two headlights for a LT1 TA firebird.

Name/Address:
Steve Schlosser
5415 sw 116 ave
Cooper City, FL 33330

When i opened the box first thing I noticed is that when taking them off the car he manage to dissassemble the ENTIRE headlight. I mean did you have to do that? sure im fine with it, I can put it back together.

so Im on my way to doing this. First headlight is fine (the drivers side)

onto the second one. Three of the plastic tabs that hold bolts in place are broken. so I go and buy some plastic epoxy.... doesnt hold kuz its a plastic tab that has alot of force on it from bolts ( i even let it cure overnight)

So I pmed him back on here and he says if I send it back ill get half credit, I volunteer to pay shipping, so we deal on 75$...

two days later I send it, yesterday night I messaged him telling him I sent it out.

this morning I hear the bad news, he said that since I am not sending the other side that I am not getting any money and he is refusing the box from fedex. He also keeps telling me that I broke the tabs kuz I paid for the headlight, which makes no sense.....

Im going to compile all our pms and post them here....

i had no idea what condition you wanted these in, so i took out every screw, thats the right way to do it.
and sure, send the headlight back, i dont understnad what you mean i snapped the plastic brackets?
but total was 175 shipped, shipping was $25 i believe... once i get it, as long as the main parts are there like the motor and whatnot ill refund you $75 (half w/o shipping)

ya I got em yesterday, started assembling them today...

Im requesting some money back and ill return the one headlight. YOU snapped like three of the plastic tabs that hold the headlight on the tray. There is no way to keep this thing in place So Ill mail that one back at my own expense and you can refund half. Ill hapilly keep the other headlight though

I dont understand why you would have taken em apart like that? you could have just cut the plastic arm on the back of mount brackets instead of taking every screw out like this....

so PLEASE understand my side and send back half, at that moment ill happily mail the headlight back.

"BTW I sent them back VIA fedex yesterday, expect them there soon. Ill be expecting a prompt return payment aswell."

"no way. your not getting a refund. you tried to it on ebay, it didnt sell so you want your money back? fat chance dude."

"what? I never tried selling that one?

I sold the other one and that was that, I was trying to get some money back out of this deal. Both headlights were pretty bad but the one im sending you back I didnt even try selling kuz it is not functional at all. you said you would give me a refund WTF dude?

I sold the drivers side, im sending you the passengers side which I never tried selling kuz I dont sell broken parts, dude"

"its okay, ill just refuse the package plain and simple. i told you in your thread that now that your selling one, i wont refund the other. you never told me you were sending it out. i didnt break any pieces off of it. i took it apart screw by screw, therefore i could not have broken it. you bought it, YOU broke it. YOUR PAYING FOR IT"

"Its kuz you broke three different plastic tabs off that hold the brackets to the top plate

if you would have said both before I would have happily sent both back.... too late now... I messaged you about it being broken, now you say I cant send it back after I sent it already? dude, make up your mind, either way you sold me a totally fucked up headlight.

it was fine when on the car maybe, but when you took it apart (i mean APART like every screw and dissembled the entire ******* thing) you broke three of the main plastic tabs that hold in the bolts. Eh, when you get the headlight back, take a look and tell me im RIGHT"

I did not try selling the passengers side headlight, you said that you would give me half the money back for the one side. I did not swap out headlight motors, mine work like new still. The reason I sent it back is kuz I received it broken.... what dont you understand, im sure if you bought something that was broken then you would be doing the same.

I ONLY SOLD THE DRIVERS SIDE, THE PASSENGERS SIDE WAS RECEIVED AS BROKEN!

i buy car parts and resell them on ebay, thats why I try and find stuff for cheap. but I cant resell something that was already broken, if I woulda known that you werent going to give me the money back then I would have just tried selling the damn headlight motor on ebay and try to cut it even with your BS you pulled.

i dont know. i have no proof it was ******* broken.. i could keep it, sell it, and shove it in your face because you handled this situation like a ******* little boy. ******* posting in my for sale thread, when i know i didnt break the tabs. so let me sort out my playing field.
if i keep your package, u bitch more to the mods, and it looks even worse on me.

if i intercept, and send it back to you. at least you cant bitch..

i guess ill try to intercept, but if it wont work your giong to have to pay shipping to get it back

edit.. how would i sweeten the deal if its "broken"?

When I said sweeten the deal I meant keep it to make things worse.

Id really wish you would be civil about it like I was before you decided to change your mind after you said yes and I shipped it....

it was three plastic peices that were holding on the main part of the headlight (from the inside)

IMO taking them apart completely was retarded...

i see, so you wanted me to cut the ******* brackets off? so like if i accidentally misjudged a bracket and cut it off, and it ended up being something you needed, would you have still bought the lights?
thats what i thought
