Default Lame trader = KHShapiro

I sell this guy a used RT tq arm and he sends it back because we clearanced the bracket a little, like four years ago, for the Moser 9".

Now that's not a big deal, I forget it was clearanced and since I have been cutting 1.48 - 1.52's with it for two years I have not been worried about it.

But then look at this... Guy files a Paypal complaint. I busted hump to have Speed Inc. send it for me, he rejects it, I agree to take it back, I tell him I will pay back once it's in my hands and I can check it over, and the MEANTIME he files some Paypal complaint. Filing a complaint make you a baby.

Oh and here's a pic of a typical 60ft with the RT TQ arm. 1.49 in this pic:

What a weasel.

By the way I almost felt like I was in high school by posting this but when he presented the issue I was like "oh sure send it back that's fine I forgot HackerJoe and I clearanced it a few years ago if that does not work for you fine" but why does he end up complaining on Paypal afterwards, that's what bugs me. I still don't have the torque arm back so if he's frettin' about repayment that makes no sense.

WOW now lets get the facts, nothing but the facts.. you sent the Random Tech TQ arm that was groud down 1/8 on a 1/4 tubular steel bar. i paid you 230 for the TQ arm and you forgot to mention it was ground.. before i bought the TQ arm from you i sent you my Phone number and i ask if i could call you but you never sent me yours fine , you are one of the Admin of this website so i did not feel that you would try to do me wrong.. but as i stated i sent you many pm's and emails and i know you got the PM's because i received the read receipts.. still no reply no email no pm no phone call nothing .. then you go fishing............ i look on pay pal since you are a verified but there is STILL nothing listed for you not even your Home address which i do not have since i did this with paypal and i have no way to get in touch with you , so yes i file a report in "hopes" that you will contact me.. all this in about a week.. still i hear nothing from you.. then you PM me and tell me you went fishing, funny i know you read some of my pm's before you went fishing.. my sole purpose with filing a complaint was to get in contact with you... then you sent me an email and tell me to read this post of yours and tell me you are going to make it stick for a year? and your calling me a Weasel and a baby?? and now i bet you arent going to send my money back.. all this because you "forgot" to mention about this damaged TQ arm i bought from you and the fact that you are calling Random Tech liers for tell me that bar that is ground down now and Weak and could be a Flex point or even Break.. sorry John a 300 dollar part isnt worth a damaged rear or Tranny.. if i really want to be an *** john i would have told paypal i never received the item from you which i didnt it came from Speed inc. and they would have refunded my money.. wow i cant believe you wrote that..
and like i stated i made the report BEFORE you contacted me and and as a last resort after a week of not hearing from you..the reason i contacted paypal was in hopes to get a response from you....................................

these are your emails me to John

"I'd appreciate it if you deleted the paypal complaint.

I did not install the tq arm and don't even remember where it was clearanced for the 9".

Like I said before, I cut numerous 1.4/1.5's with it and I don't appreciate you doing some lame complaint thing. I busted hump to get the tq arm out to you and then you talk to some dealer guy who has probably never cut a 1.48 off the footbrake.

This is what a 1.48 looks like:
http://www.pbase.com/image/5269912

I blew off two local buyers for you and so do me the courtesy of deleting that paypal thing because I could do the same.

I'm 36 so I'm looking for you to tighten your act up.

the funny thing is John i did Delete the complaint and the next email down from yours was the Paypal chain email with a site to log onto to remove the feedback....you need to apologize to me for your lack of concern and your immature
posts.. you also told me your Local Guy backed out of the sale,it states that in your For Sale posts www.ls1tech.com/threads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB7&Number=559234 &page=3&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=31&a mp;fpart=3
and as you can see from the posts in that section you sent it out on the 6/26 i received it a few days later and on the day i got it i began to pm you and email you only after a week did i put up a post in your forsale section and it took you 5 more days after that to get in touch with me... i never put an openly bashed you on this or any website , contacted paypal on the 5th.you stated you didnt notice the Grind mark on the TQ , its the only Clean looking thing on the TQ arm all nice and shinny like it had just been done as everything else was rusty around it...you have my Phone number John if you had such a big problem with me you should have been a Man and confront me , you still have that option as you still have my phone number which you have never used......................i am in such SHOCK that you would Flame me about something you sold me.. in the Email i sent to you John i stated i travel a lot and i can be in Chicago this Sunday to disscus this matter with you as you should receive the TQ tomorrow...you also stated i was frettin about repayment.. i was frettin about being stuck with a Damaged TQ arm... John if you would have asked me about the Paypal Complaint i would have told you not to worry as it was taken care of. and hear i thought the reason you finally contact me was because of the Complaint as it Says in the procedure this action is to help you get in contact with the Buyer/seller...... i still cant beleive you.......

The fact that you even issued a paypal complaint was . John was out of town for a week, I'm his partner on this site and didn't even have a way to contact him.

John didn't install the torque arm. He didn't even SEE the torque arm before sending it to you. He had the shop that was working on his car send it directly to you.

Reporting someone to paypal (or ebay, etc..) should be a LAST resort. I guess you must be so damn perfect that you have never caused someone else to get impatient huh?

John is not just an "Admin" of this site, he is part owner. The odds of him blatantly trying to screw you over is just absurd. You should have figured that one out yourself.

holy crap how was i suposta know he was out of Town.. and the fact of the matter is he got the emails BEFORE he went on Vacation and deceided not to get in contact with me, and yes it was the last resort, reread my posts . part owner or not he needs to be responsable for his actions .. as far as paypal, that was the ONLY contact i had with him other than this website which in my eyes he was ignoring me.. and now he never even installed the TQ or Saw it?? from what he wrote he rushed over to speed inc to ship it????? there is nothing about me wanting to get in contact with John or anyone for that matter that has sold me a Defective Part even if it means using paypal to get in touch with someone.
i did not ask for a reversal which i would have gotten and is much worse than a complaint.. would you not have done the same if you bought something from a Vendor that was mail order??? regardless of what/who the company was??
if that new LS6 engine you bought was defective and say you got it from MTI/ARE/MORE whomever and they did not return any of your Phone Calls/Mail/Email what ever and your last resort was contacting your CC company you mean to tell me you wouldnt ?? well that how i felt regardless of who what when where it was.. i never attacked John or You i need to get someone if not me to get ahold of him end of story

Slowverado you need to reread my posts again John received some of my PM BEFORE he went out of Town and deceide to fluff me off a simple pm before he went .. i am sorry i didnt know i was suposta keep tabs on what PSJ posts about his Vacations ... and Slowverado you must not know much about tubular Steel that has a 2.5 in grind 1/8 deep when the Steel is only 1/4 think.. if you think it is not Damaged and just Clearanced you need to start making them and put Random Tech out of biz and that matter all of the TQ makers you could make tons..

My BRAND NEW BMR TA is clearanced for the tunnel as well. Pretty common on aftermarket torque arms. Shoulda put some brake cleaner to it to make it bling and put it on.
Most race parts take some sort of modification to work properly and Johns 1.48 pic shows ya his TA was doing just fine.
If you race like you whine, then no wonder you are still on a stock TA

Hahaha, first things first ya whining bitch, I put smilies after my remarks letting you know I was just being a smartass. As for your parts/cars/ racing. CONGRATS and heres a cookie. Ya dont know much about me or what sits in my garage either. 7 seconds?? Cool, wanna race BTW, Im not talking 1/8.
Ya had the option to buy didnt you? Did John twist your arm? Personally, from a racers stand point and KNOWING RACE PARTS ARE USUALLY MODIFIED, I either buy NEW or ask questions before buying used. If ya are running Top Sportsman, Im sure ya have 300 bucks for a new TA
Lastly, if its between you and John, GET OFF THE DAMN INTERNET!!!!
