Default Another Refund Dispute for y2k_ta

Were to start...if by chance I am violating any rules in this thread please let me know and I will remove it. I doubt I'll get my money back because I annoy him but I have nothing better to do...
(1-24-08)
I first agreed to purchase parts from the following now locked thread...
https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...=850752&page=2

It was $70 worth of parts. As you can read in the thread I started wondering what was going on after I heard nothing for two weeks. No parts...no pms. I sent at least two pm's and they weren't never responded to. Finally I threatened to file a claim and the exact response I got was...
(2-8-08)
"Don't get your panties in a bunch......it's on the way, and no I don't have a tracking number."

Well it was obvious he never sent the parts...time went on and I sent more pms that didn't get responded to. Finally I got mad I (2-21-08) almost exactly one month and asked him why he won't just give me the parts or a refund. I said I would smear his name on tech (meaning just what I doing now ...creating a bad seller thread). I received a infraction...apartly I crossed the line. I said that was fine but I just wanted my money back. In return I received an "istaban" and was permanently banned from the site.

A refund was initalized through paypal but no funds were found so the refund was removed....

" Feb. 22, 2008 Refund From Scott R. Removed Details $70.00 USD $0.00 USD $70.00 USD $0.00 USD "

Now I talked this last part over with Nineball already. It was apparently an "accidental" ban and my user name has been return to its previous state. I don't care about this really...just do whats right and get me out of your life Scott.....y2k_ta...just refund my $70 and you will never hear from me again.

(note below: I mentioned the wrong parts and price, but was discussing this transaction for the emblems and gas cap. I didn't want to alter the conversation so no one could say I was trying to be deceitful.)

I gave the guy a warning for threatening me. Did I click the wrong thing?

I've been stuck inside for the last two weeks with a horrible cold. He knows that I've been stuck inside sick, but at first he said it was ok and that he just wanted the parts. I told him his parts were on the way, and he kept saying he didn't understand what that meant. First he said he wanted the parts, then the money, then the parts, and then the money again. I told him yesterday that I'd give him a refund. It's $15.00, so it's not like I'm really gaining anything if I do or don't sell the bolts.

If I banned him, it wasn't intentional.

I refunded the guys money. Sorry for screwing everything up.....I've felt like total **** lately, and now I look like total **** to that guy.

Man...if all this is true why don't you tell somebody? Just explain...hey I'm sick....don't tell me you shipped when you didn't. That pissed me off. Now honestly have you checked your paypal to see if the refund went through?

If you still would be interested in receiving the emblems & gas cap, I can send them out next Saturday. I work a swing shift, and can't make it to the Post Office until then. Just let me know.

No thanks...I would only be interested in a refund. No offense but I wouldn't open any box I received with your name on it.

I'll be honest.....I'm not sure when I'll have the money ready. I'll do my best to get it scraped together as quickly as possible.

Can you give me a date...like a payday or something? I'm willing to be flexible if you hold your end of the deal.

Like I said......I'll get it to you as soon as I can scrape the money together. I was without work for four months, so way overdue mortgage & truck payments come first.

Ok, I don't care who it is but shady is not what I would call the situation entirely when he offered to still ship out the parts.

Keep working in email on this - it isn't like he's going anywhere except to work.
