paid $500 for a set of "ported" 5.3 heads and 2.02/1.6 valves. took two weeks to ship, after all of the excuses in the book. i recieved a set of stock 5.3 heads, and stock rusty ******* valves. *edit* FIREFIGHTING1101 was the seller....typo in the title.

If a part is not at the location where the seller is, always ask that person what you are buying. In this case the seller says they were at a shop so it might have been best to contact that shop prior to buying and see exactly what they were supposed to be shipping out OR if they had a description of what was supposed to be sold.

Measure twice, cut once.
Always double and triple check parts before buying as most sponsors here can sell for the same or just a little more over but you get exactly what you pay for brand new.

 

the heads are hand ported, and like i told you the i was told the valves were 2.02 1.6 from the guy i got htem from. i dont have a micrometer to measure them out im sorry. i sent you a pm to see if we can reslove this issue. as you can see from my trader rating i have never screwed anyone nor do i want to screw anyone. so please be patient and we will see if we can work this out.

yes and the stainless valves that i was going to give you for $100 are the ones i still have for sale now. the 2.05 REV valves. and like i told you before i dont really know much about heads, this is exactly how i bought them and what i ran on my car.

 

Yea, I'd have to say those heads look untouched. They aren't even close to lookin like my ported 5.3 heads. There is still stock casting surfaces in the combustion chambers where they should be baby butt smooth & shiney. If they were actually ported that is. Same goes for inside the ports, there is no visual evidence they have been touched by lookin at these pics. Everything should be smoothed out & shiney. Not bumpy like the stock casting.

 

now this guy refuses to give me any money back, and make good on this deal. where was that internet crime fraud link that someone posted in here yesterday? Paypal wont give me my money back. apparently if you pay someone for something, and they send you something completely different, you're fucked.

so far the guy has sent me back $100, but still owes me a set of REV stainless intake valves...

doesnt completely make up for the heads i wasted money on, but at this point ill take what i can get.

 

thanks *******...and like i said i was willing to send you your money...until you went badmouthing me on everyone of my threads, so the other stuff i was selling is now unsold, and i no longer have the money to pay you. i have 26 good transactions, and i didnt know these were unported...i bught them as ported heads...so i got screwed aswell. like you said the runners have marks of being ported, so i thought they were. so i sent you ported heads. and when miami pd gets here i will explain that they were ported, maybe not to the standards you or i may have thought, but they were ported...and like i told you from the beginning i dont know a lot about heads...so when i saw the marks in the runners that was proof enough for me that these were ported.

 

Don't know about the rest of this, but in his for sale thread he claims 430/400 numbers with these heads?????

Jesus himself must have been running the dyno that day - no way, no how are you getting those numbers N/A with the heads pictured in this thread
