UPDATE:

My transaction is complete. The seller has issued me a refund for two of the four tires that I purchased from him. He decided that he was so upset with me that the third and intact tire would be better served as a swing for his kids than on my car. Heh....

ATTN: MODS.....seller completed transaction.

FWIW I just purchased 2 tires from Mike.... Exactly as described, shipped the next day, arrived in perfect time. Flawless transaction. Im in the service... I buy sell and trade on the forums, ebay and craigslist. Transactions go sour. In other words "**** happens". You guys seemed to work out a resolution to your transaction, right?
