GDBY2U = bad seller RESOLVED
GDBY2U = bad seller RESOLVED I purchased a set of four (4) tires from GDBY2U from this website near the end of January 2008. I transferred the money via paypal to him in the next few days.
I finally recieved two (2) of my tires the first week of March 2008. I have yet to recieve anything else from GDBY2Y. I have sent GDBY2Y 10-15 emails about the status of the rest of our transaction. I paid for four tires, yet only have two of them, and it is now 2 1/2 months from the date of which GDBY2U has had my money.
I would like for the seller, GDBY2U to either;
1) Send me the other tires that I paid him for,
2) send me a refund for half of the purchase price.
GDBY2U has been giving me TWO excuses. First he said he was moving. Fair enough, take a few days, and when things get settled, put the tires in the mail. Second, he has been on "tours" with his Army troop. I don't know if this is the truth or a lie made up to buy the seller some time. Despite my concerns, I have respected this and been patient up to this point. 2 1/2 months is long enough. None of this information was given to me at the point of sale.
If you are unable to ship my tires to me (if you even have them) then refund my money and we will complete the rest of the transaction when you return from your "tour".

To The Gentleman. Do To Worldly Events I Have No Control Of My Duty Has An Officer To My Country. And Yes The Matter Will Be Resovled When I Get Back. Like I Have Said I'm Doing All This From My Cell Phone. When Time Permits. And Furthermore When I Set The Price Of The Tires With A Shipped Price I Had No Idea That The Two Tires Sent Would Cost Near $80 To Ship To You!! WOW!! And You Were Informed That Of The (4) Tires Sold To You One Tire's Bead Split And I Would Refund The Money For The (1) Tire And Resend You The Third Tire. I Have Not Forgotten About This. I have shipped tires, they are not cheap, I know this.
I understand your priorities right now, do you have an approximate date of which you will return?
Also, something tells me that whether you are over there or not, I would be driving my car. I was before the war, and I will be after the war. Don't get me wrong, I support our troops, but my opinion is that my hard earned money is being wasted over there...

I just made a deal with the guy two days ago and all his paypal info came back as someone completely different. Maybe the guy is really telling the truth? I don't see how banning him so he can't explain himself helps get anything accomplished.
