lol actually my ex girlfriend went through something like this with someone..in order for them to go on one of the judge shows on tv the person being sued has to agree to go on..also as far as regular small claims court she actually won the case but then the person moved to another state and they said in order for it to be enforced she had to take it to court in that state even though she had already won . Then on top of that they dont force the person to pay you, it is up to you to pursue payment so in order to get your payment you may be going to court many times which honestly i dont have time for. One day this will come back on him.

huh..have you even read through this thread, the motor was taken apart and we found out the crank was bad as well, if you would have read through the thread all the way the person who bought my rods and pistons chimed in and he saw the damage for himself and mind you he has nothing to gain by lying on the guy that sold me this stuff so i honestly dont feel a need to drive 2 hours down the road just to take pics of this crap when i have numerous people who have seen it and can vouch that he sold me a blown motor.
