i've known this guy for about a year and a half, and believe me, getting money out of the guy is nearly impossible. you fellas are only seeing the tip of the iceburg here, believe me.
after repeated attempts at explaining the whole deal to him, he refuses to take care of the matter. PSJ, Todd, ect.. feel free to contact me if i can help in any way. this has gone WAAAY to far, and needs a resolution. i've given plenty of time into waiting to see this resolved, and now it's time for some action. give Kyle and myself the game plan, and it'll get taken care of.

dang. it sucks that yet another person has gotten caught up in this mess.
I bought a NX kit from him about 1.5 years ago, right in the middle of him changing his name from Grinch to BYBYC5. He ended up shipping most of the kit out fairly quickly, but he forgot peices. It took months to get the remainder of the kit because of a variety of excuses.

hehehe this is funny...i spoke to him a month or two ago and he wanted to buy a catback of mine or trade I can't remember...he kept coming up with excuses on when to do the deal and screwed me over multiple weekends with no shows and the such even after talking to him on the phone about it...
I asked him why he changed his username on the forum and he said it was cause some "pos board member" had instigated lies against him lol...what a POS some people can turn out to be...

I had a good conversation with Kevin and he apologizes for this going so long, he's had some personal drama going on and while it's not an excuse it's the reason. He's going to do what he can do in the next pay period and get on top of this.
Kevin, I applaud you for being open about things and also for throwing out a payment structure. Let's see what you can do and take it one step at a time.

I know this guy from being stationed with him before as well, and I can tell you that you need to contact the chain of command to have anything done. It would be a very simple process. You know where he is stationed and that he is an Air Traffic Controller. Call the base information line and ask to speak to the Command Master Chief(Reckless could do this if he is willing) and explain the situation. This thread would definitely be sufficient to prove the wrong doing on Gregory's part. He will be counseled and given an ORDER to pay the person back, and if it is not taken care of in a predetermined fair amount of time, he will be in violation of the UCMJ and written up and taken to XOI and then to Captains Mast. Its that simple to tell you the truth. And he is still stationed there. Good luck guys.

Thanks for your PM. I have forwarded the info to some of our staff and the commanding officer will most likely be getting a call from one or two folks who are on our board and are also in the armed forces. It's ridiculous to hear that this guy is driving around and still modding his car and not paying people back. Shame on him.
