Start with a lid, and go from there. Welcome to the site, and congrats on the WS6 purchase.

whats up man

lid, filter, and catback are a good place to start. when you get to headers and cam thats when you have to start worrying about cali emmissions.

where in san diego do you live, im in mira mesa

Congrats. california emissions is a bummer, i know. There is still a lot you can do though. And just like the other guys said, start with a lid and filter.

when it comes to aftermarket lids there are realitively comparable to each other, so go with the one with the best price and fit.

Since you have the M6 I would say the first two things to get even before a lid and catack is:

B & M ripper shifter or 5.0 shifter

Skip shift eliminator.

I hear the shifters in a M6 sucks pretty bad and the skip shift feature is annoying. Those will run you $200.00 but your car will be much more fun to drive.

Then get a lid (TSP was my choice) and a catback.

Loudmouth or Dynomouth if you want loud.

Hooker if you want quiet.

GmmG or Borla if you got hundred dollar bills burning holes in your pocket. Then I'd look at headers, Ram air kits, Cam, N20 or whatever else tickles your fancy.

Good Luck
