Default hypertech programer

I have a 2000 ls1 that I put a true dual kit on with no rear o2 sensor hole and an after market bbk ssi intake and it has no egr setup and its inspection time and my computer is throwing out those codes. What I was wondering is if the hypertech programer can turn the egr and back o2 off? Or do I need to go to a shop that has better equipment? Also I would just like to know a little more about what the hypertech can do I've always thought about getting one... or if someone else has any other methods of editing your ls1 I would really like to hear it. I've got a tone of mods and never have looked into self tuning/editing.

it cant delete 02 and egr from the pcm. dont waste your money on a handheld programmer. just get it dynotuned once and you will be done. or if you wanna tune it yourself go with hptuners,ls1edit any of the popular ones

Default ls1 edit

thanks for replying! And thats basicly a program you install on a laptop? And what are some basic functions you can control on ls1edit? I dunno if anyone reading this is from dallas but I took my car down to rpm like over a year ago to get it dyno tuned and they were supposed to have taken care of this problem when I was there and the light came back on soon after and checked the codes and they were the same so I called up there and they told me it would be another 100 bucks not trying to be cheap but I figure if I can spend a 100 bucks on something I can keep useing I will do that instead.

and i would not until you do the cam

you have probably had your sims for a while.that market
has dried up in this country. anybody know of a web site in
rommania or poland that sells them those guys seem to
capitalize on hacking all kinds of stuff

Dead battery will not kill your tune, it has to be pulled out.
