This may be a dumb question, but, how do you remove the smaller valve cover bolt rubber grommet without tearing it? The bigger one on the outside of the valve cover (under the hat of the bolt head) is torn so i want to replace it, but the little rubber grommet on the inside of the valve cover is preventing the bolt sleeve from coming out, and so the bolt won't come out.

Got it. Two tiny flathead screwdrivers did the trick.
