i would go with the borla mouth for sure. $250 is a good price for a catback as well.

+1 on the magnaflow... thats what ill be going with if I decide to get rid of the flowmaster.

If you are asking between the Flowmaster and Borla. Both have a totality different sound. Neither have a big advantage in perfomance.... Some will say otherwise but not proven....Just the flavor of the month.

If you want to sound like a pissed off farm truck get the borla...If you want you car to sound good and bad *** at the same time, go with a Flowmaster 1 chamber. All of the other series Flowmaster mufs suck.
