New fast handheld tuner

New fast handheld tuner has anyone heard about this, is it something that is coming out soon? is it worth the cost? just curious because i know everyone on this site lives by dyno tunes.
how do the HPtuners and diablo tuners work, what are peoples experiences with them. i only plan for full bolt on for my car so i dont think ill really need to take it to a dyno for that.

i dont know much about the fast but i do know that diablo is the best hand held tun er out there with more options then any of these other tuners at a better price also
