not personally, but a friend had one on his car. it sounded real mean. i liked it a lot, but if you're looking for some power out of the catback then you may want to look elsewhere. if you're looking purely for a good sounding exhaust, go with the hooker.

I love mine. Prety quiet at idle and crusing and screams at wide open throttle. Cant make power through a hooker CB??? ^^^^ Its one of the best flowing catbacks for the f body. See sig 543rwhp through a hooker cb.

I have the aero chamber 3" cat back it is loud as h*ll. If i had to do over again i would go with something quieter. but I have a 402. It is real raspy at lower rpm which I personally don't like but it screams up top and flows real well.

I wanted a "deep" sounding CB, and from listening to ls1sounds.com, the hooker caught my attention. It installed really easy and sounds good on a mostly stock car. See sig.

I personally think it is the best exhaust system out there. I have it on my SS and my wife's SS. To back up conan, I gained 4rwhp and 7rwtq by opening my cutout. I have since removed the cutout as it gained very little, only more obnoxious.

10-15 with the stock manifolds, cats, and Y pipe. Add some long tube headers and a Y pipe in the future to realy open her up.

Good choice Despite what one member said according to a UNCC study they were one of the top two or three best flowing catbacks out there. If you are stock it will be pretty tame but with a cam you better cover the baby's ears at WOT

My biggest complaint is the tips suck (cheapy)......

I had one on my A4 car for a while. It was quieter than the GMMG that is currently on there. But a lot of rasp still got through with the ORY. I put on cats and went back to the GMMG.

It is currently on my M6 car and is very quiet with stock manifolds and cats.

I had a hooker catback, that was replaced immediately by 3" True duals with magnaflow. I hated the Hooker, it didn't really have as deep of a tone as the magnaflow. It sounded good wide open but cruising and part throttle driving did not sound good at all. I love my magnaflows, nice deep mellow tone at part throttle. Screams at WOT!

My setup has a Dynomax bullet welded in front of a cutout, so with the cutout closed, i have desired peace and quiet, works for me

I just have the muffler. I have a stock manifolds, bassini ory and the muffler. Sounds really good. It seems like it took awhile for it to break in. It was quiet at first. I plan to upgrade to the whole catback when my stock system rusts.

I have one and i must say it's really really quiet. Flows REALLY well! I made a pull through the catback then a pull through my cutout and only saw a 2hp difference. So IMHO I think it's a great catback if you want something on the quiet side.

I made my Hooker CB mainly because I wanted to keep the stock tips.
I bought the Aerochamber muffler and a OEM replacement walker/dynomax 3" pipe.
Now I have pacesetter headers, to an edelbrock ory, to the stuff above.

It was a bit raspy stock but I ran 12.6 with it in an A4 car. Now I have a converter and the rasp is gone, in fact the whole thing sounds totally different.
