Default trouble bleeding clutch!! plz help

I got in my 99 z28 last week to start it and the clutch went straight to the floor.. the pin holding to hydrolic line had come out and drained the fluid... re-connected it and started to bleed the line. after about a hour of nothing i got a mighty vac to suck the air from the line. 1st try.. got my clutch back , but at 25lbs of vac air bubbles are running through the line.. i was wondering since its a high pressure system is there a limit on how much vac can be pulled through the line or do i still have a problem. I drove it home and everything seemed fine. anybody kno whats up with it?
