Well, some puffing of smoke on the dyno is pretty much a norm.

It sounds like maybe your tune is wacked a little. How many miles are on it?

Why did he go thru so many springs? The lift on your cam is pretty small compared to alot of the other cams people run.

And are these codes your getting?

Engine lights -
1. MAF/VAF circuit?
2. Multiple Cylinder Misfire

Well, the mulpile misfire could be an 02 sensor going out... the computer reads a lazy 02 as a lean condition and dumps more fuel in then needed. So, I bet you have one going out. I would replace them.
