why are you trying to raise the rpms to begin with? do you have a cam or something?

you can try drilling out the TB a bit to help with the idle, or messing with the idle adjustment screw. i think the best bet is tuning the pcm though through edit or predator.

I just installed an ASP underdrive crank pulley and at an idle if i turn on the rear window defroster or anything else that takes power my voltage drops way low and my lights get really dim, but if i put my foot on the gas to just increas the RPM's by 100 it charges just fine.

get the asp over drive alternator pulley. that'll help with the charging.
